Most brain dead coffee shop I have ever been too. Can’t even comprehend how to make a basic drink. Isanti caribou is 10x better. Don’t waste your time here. Literally just asked for a Campfire with regular coffee instead of the espresso (make the campfire hot chocolate and just dump some regular old black coffee in) and they simply say it’s not possible when literally any caribou on the planet expect for Cambridge can comprehend it. Even rendezvous in isanti can make it and they are not even caribou.

When I lived in this town years ago this caribou was always hit or miss on drinks. It’s a total miss now. Two days in a row my drink was bitter and just not good. I get this drink 3-5x a week at different caribous and they all make it great so I think it’s just this location. You’re better off going to the isanti locations.

I’m not sure about other drinks, but the crafted presses are always half full and taste awful. This location is super close to my house so I keep hoping that it’s just an off-day when I get a bad drink, but it’s every time now and I won’t be able to visit this location any longer because it’s honestly a waste of money. I got a drink today and it was so bad that I ended up throwing it away, which is super sad because I don’t like wasting coffee (or the $5 that it cost). I also added a picture of the “medium” caramel crafted press how I received it (half full; it was also chocolate, not caramel). The people are usually very nice, they just don’t know how to make drinks.

Do not go if you have points on your app. The employees have no idea how to apply them to an order, you’ll have more points wasted if they try to figure it out (they’ll redeem extra rewards for you and not apply them), and you’ll end up paying full price anyway. Absolutely worst caribou in the area.

I went to caribou for the first time in 6+ years today to grab a quick drink after my Fiancé got his haircut and it was closer than Starbucks. All together I had to wait 20 minutes to order and get my drink and they even gave the lady who ordered after me her drink first. This is why I never come here and I never will again!! Great customer service guys BTW there is 2 registers for a reason if you can’t figure something out on the first one with the customer in front of me at least take my order on the second one and start on my drink instead of standing around. Customer service and efficiency is very important! I never write reviews but this called for one.
