I absolutely love this Starbucks location! The baristas are always incredibly friendly and welcoming, even when the store is busy or clearly understaffed. You can truly see how hard they work, and it never goes unnoticed.
The manager, Jarrod, is amazing. He’s exactly the kind of manager you’d want running a store. He’s always out on the floor working alongside his team, supporting them, and leading by example. He’s extremely friendly, hardworking, and pays close attention to detail. Jarrod treats his employees with genuine respect and kindness while still running a tight, well-organized operation. Honestly, I own a business, and I’d hire him in a heartbeat. Managers like him are hard to find these days.
The assistant managers are just as impressive—calm under pressure, kind to employees, and always making sure everything is done correctly, even during the craziest rushes. I’m always greeted when I walk in, which makes such a difference.
This store has such a positive, well-run atmosphere, and it’s clear the team truly cares. Hands down one of my favorite Starbucks locations!

Been a Starbucks customer for years now. This location does a great job with customer service and produces quality coffee. I’m particularly happy with the cleanliness at this location. Staff as a whole are solid and efficient. Although there food items could be lowered in pricing. I’d propose here for sure though.

This location is a poor reflection on the Starbucks brand. Excruciatingly slow (both drive through and lobby), forgotten items, diluted drinks, and inattentive employees. They seem to be at capacity staffing wise so perhaps it is a work flow/training issue. I love my Starbucks but do not plan to return to this location in the future.

I usually love this Starbucks location, however recently I had a very poor interaction with a barista named Ella. She was incredibly rude and was very hesitant to correct my order even though it was wrong and seemed very annoyed when I asked. She also seemed to be talking about me/my order over the headset when I asked. I felt very uncared for as a paying customer who goes here frequently.

Jerrod has led this establishment to success with his welcoming community spirit. For years I’ve sat and written several books in the various coffee shops throughout Montana. I’ve watched Jerrod care for and keep his staff where others have not. He’s taught them to get to know their customers and, most importantly to care. I hope his superiors recognize his excellence.
