The staff is nice, but the food isn’t great.
I paid around 17 USD for a Chicken Shrimp Terriyaki. The rice had no taste, neither did the shrimp. The veggies were horrendous.
Credit where credit is due, the chicken was actually pretty alright.
For the price, I cannot recommend it, but if you’re just shopping here and need some quick food, it’s serviceable.

Nothing like the pictures on the wall suggests. Very small portions of chicken. Shrimp uncooked and five pieces. We are paying a lot more money for food and the quality/quantity is just not there. I’m sure business owners struggle with the economy but when the food is not worth the money spent, you will not have returning customers.
Not to mention the Hispanic lady, older helping attitude. Wow, asked for more chicken and she acted as if I asked for her ATM card. Customer service also doesn’t bring returning customers!

Ordered shrimp teriyaki and it was just okay. The vegetable was tasteless. The shrimp were over seasoned, they were too salty. Poor dish presentation though.

This employees were so rude to my wife after she ordered a plate just pointed to the grafic of the combo, one of this employees (Asian woman) replied so rude yelling at my wife to say the name of the plate. Anyone wanted to say the name of the Rude enployee and said there’s no supervisor on duty. The other guy associate when I was taking pictures for this review just kicked us out

They over charge on the food all other restaurants in other malls have the same prices except this one. Their employees are rude and unprofessional. The Chicken was all burnt and the rice has was really bad and hard. I will not return to this restaurant Zero stars of possible.

We believe my wife and daughter got food poisoning from the rice. I had the noodles and didn’t get sick. This was the only meal in a span of 4 days that we didn’t eat the same thing.
