This restaurant isn’t worth the time or the quality of food is comparable to frozen food. Found out that was sold and new owners cut the menu they have on website to basically nothing wouldn’t recommend.

We were staying at the Riverfront hotel and the bar tender Leonard was welcoming and made great drinks. Thank you to him! We had the berry sangria was really tasty. Good vibes and good drinks.

The service was pretty disappointing. My colleague and I sat at the bar in hopes of receiving quicker service and that was far from what was received. I waited quite a while before asking if we should be sitting somewhere else to receive service. There was only one waiter serving but he seemed to really struggle with juggling the four parties dining at the time.
We gave our order the first time our server approached us. He handed us empty cups for our drinks and we waited over 30 minutes before we could get his attention to actually fill our cups. We waited well over 45 minutes for our food. My order was incorrect so I waited an additional 20+ minutes for my food.
People were having to approach the bar frequently to ask for utensils or their checks. I could hear management apologizing at every table, but I really couldn’t understand how they could be struggling with so few tables to serve. I can’t even imagine what the service would be like if all the tables were seated.
The food was ok, but over priced as expected for the area. At the very least you would expect at least decent service. If you’re in a hurry, I would recommend eating somewhere else.

Great spot to eat! Everything was perfect. I tried for the first time Oysters, these were Charcoal Oysters, WOW! AMAZING! Highly recommend.

We stopped by for a cocktail or two. The bartender was attentive. She isn’t from NOLA. She was hospitable nonetheless. Her specialty is a French 75 with gin. Pictured here is the drink in question and it was smooth. I chose Hendricks gin vs Seagram’s. You couldn’t taste the alcohol really. There are TVs so I was able to catch the game on the various screens visible from the bar. The nearby couches would have been more comfortable of course. If you are staying at the Omni, this works and will suffice for sports watching. Otherwise check out Mannings on the next block. Peyton Mannings spot has recliners in front of a big screen. I’m just saying.

The food was so amazing I forgot to take pictures. The fried catfish was some of the best I’ve ever tasted, the burgers tasted like a perfectly grilled steak on a bun, the crab and corn and crab bisque was creamy and perfectly seasoned, my daughter had penne pasta with tomato sauce with chicken. Everything things was delicious, our waitress was the perfect amount of friendly. I would eat here every single night of our vacation if it was up to me.
