Called 3 hours before to order food, scheduled a pick up time, showed up at the scheduled time, order wasn’t ready, waited 30 minutes for my order.
5 more people ordered food including one person ordered 5 chickens and they got their orders before me.
Not the first time having this bad experience.
I would give 0 stars on service and atmosphere if possible.

Drove up from St Charles because the food looked good in the pictures. Did not disappoint. Chicken was a little dry but very tasty and the skin was crispy and packed a lot of flavor. Great salsas also! The rice was mid and the frijoles charros were very good! Wish I had a place like this closer to the LBC!

Very nice small Mexican restaurant in the center of Elgin. Ample seating and good parking in back or in front. We decided on the rotisserie chicken with two sides, which was very good. Rice and beans were the sides. They also give you a good amount of tortillas.

Fantastic burrito I got a number 1 steak and omg the soda machine doesn’t work but if your with more people they have 2 liters the rice and beans mixed together IS LIFE!!

Chicken is always juicy even after heating up leftovers. Mash potatoes are on point as well. Great beans too! Kids love it!

We ordered for a large party. Chicken, Beans, and rice. The food was ready on time. The staff is very nice and insisted on carrying the food to the car for us! It was over an hour before we ate but the food was packed well and was still hot. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the beans are amazing. The rice was good and there were plenty of hot sauces. Everyone was complimenting the food. We were very pleased. Try the knob onions too. They are delicious!

Maria is very rude girl, google says They open at 10 AM and had my grub hub driver waiting for over an hour and wouldn’t let him come in the establishment, I called to complain and she was very rude saying that they actually for today they opened at 12. Maybe they shouldn’t be taking GrubHub orders for the day until fully prepared to do so! Grubhub drivers also work for your establishment as they deliver to us YOUR CUSTOMERS!!
