Order placed through mobile app for counter pick up took over 15 minutes for a simple small sized meal only 3 cars in drive through. There was a manager wearing a white button up whom I watched several times cough and hack directly into her hands then immediately continuing to touch food items and customer orders. Very disappointing to see how food safety regulations are violated, also surprised to see that an adult doesn’t know the proper way to cover their mouth. Hash brown and sandwich weren’t even warm:/

I’m upset more with the way the Team Member handled things than the problem. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, from the time I pulled up. There was only one car in front of me. When I reached the window I asked the Team Member if this kind of wait was normal for this store and he told me it had only been 200 seconds, which was a blatent lie. I told him to check the cameras, as I arrived at 8:25 and it was now 8:35. He scoffed. I asked for the store number so I could give feedback. He said he didn’t know it and walked away. If he had said “we are short staffed” or some other problem I would have totally understood! But he didn’t even acknowledge the problem.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I specifically asked for three hamburgers with ketchup and pickle only. Even the screen showed the right order. When I took a look at my burgers, they had only onions and mustard on them, the complete opposite of what I ordered. Also got a caramel macchiato and it was pure white, couldn’t even taste a hint of coffee. Don’t go here, go to another one.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Cheeseburger Happy Meal with double fries and a small vanilla milkshake. The girl on the speaker didn’t sound happy and still did not sound happy or even have a smile when I payed at the window. The guy at the next window when I got my food was better because he had a smile on his face. When I got home and started eating, it was very obvious that my burger was not made with love like my McDonald’s in Brandon makes their food. Atleast my fries and milkshake were good. The McDonald’s in Brandon I’m talking about is off of East Bloomingdale Avenue and is far above any standards.
11/14/25 Edit: This is the second time I’ve been to this McDonald’s, the milkshake was the same as last time cause you can’t mess up a vanilla milkshake. Fries are more salty this time which makes them 100 out of 10 on a scale. Burger is still mid but the fries kind of make up for it. I don’t know if it was a different girl on the speaker or not but the one on the speaker this time was really nice and sounded happy to be working at McDonald’s which makes up for the rest of the lost points from the burger. Good job.

Don’t come to this McDonald’s for breakfast got egg McMuffin and it came with with everything but also half of the egg shells too. But the bagel steak sandwich I said no egg but got a bagel with no egg and no steak , I should have known when I had to pull around when I checked bag a saw hash browns missing I guess I’ll have to open order too not just look in the bag. The service at the machine was to quick , and mostly teens working there I guess there not use to working that early at 10am on a Sunday smh I’ll just go to Wendy’s next time which is down the street next time

Placed an order for breakfast on the app before 11 am. Due to church traffic we weren’t able to get through the drive through before 11:05. At the first window we were told the cashier accidentally cleared our order but take our code to the next window and we will get our food, as we had already paid on the app. At the next window we were greeted by incredibly rude manager. The manager told us that because we got there after 11am they had no breakfast left. We questioned that logic because how do you have no eggs or bacon in the entire restaurant. We went back and forth with this manager for 15 minutes before giving up and leaving. In the time it took for us to try and understand why we couldn’t have our food they could have easily made our order. This manager offered no solutions and no help, it really just seemed that he wanted to argue and waste our time.

I ordered three sandwiches two mc griddles and a chicken sandwich I only received two of the three sandwiches plus and I was fully charged for the three button mention the guy in the drive through had a attitude and was rushing me to order I understand that it’s early I’m not a morning person myself but if you going to be doing a customer service job you should probably have that attitude in check or just not work morning shifts if your gonna be rushing and have an attitude with the drive though . Please retrain your workers missing food and attitude isn’t a good start to my morning

Placed an order on the app because línea was way to long, sat at the curbside, I got notification about my order on its way but I sat there over 10 mins, all the cars on line got there order, got my food cold! Mind you it was breakfast but it seems they dont have a good team work to communicate about whose handling curbside.

I used to love this place from my youth. Most of the employees I’ve encountered need a refresher on customer service. Grabbing our money and returning it without saying a word is unacceptable. Handing us our food with a smile goes so much further than your deadpan eyes without again uttering a word is not acceptable.

If you’re hours are until 11pm on Wednesday, don’t shut your registers down 7 minutes prior so that you can get out of there early. Staff on duty, Wednesday, 7/30/25 stating that management wouldn’t allow them to take orders at this time because they were closing is a bunch of b.s.
