Made a stop here to fuel ourselves up returning from lake Baptise and I am so glad we did that. Being a vegetarian the first thing I asked was how the beans were refried, as most places do.it in animal fat. They told me it was a vegan friendly place. The food came quick and was fresh and delicious.. we devoured everything and left no crumbs. Only image I have left is of the aftermath.

Ordered the Quesadillas and tostadas. The food was very flavorful and the service was very warm and excellent. One of the best finds so far. A must visit. Tempted to come back later for the trash can nachos.

The food was delicious, the service was really good, the waitress took the time to explain the Vegan options and dishes and was very attentive to our visit. More than half of the menu can be prepared as vegan <3. Need to improve the atmosphere if they claiming to be a Mexican place. You have to try Salsa Verde, (but that is not spicy for a Mexican); also the Mango Margaritas taste really good, you can enjoy the tequila in every sip. We will definitely be back in the next opportunity.

Lunchtime stop on a road trip. Food was delicious . Servings were generous. I had the trash can nachos. They were unfortunately out of tofu but they were good anyway and they gave me extra beans to compensate. My daughter had a quesadilla with just a few things in it (picky) they graciously accommodated!. My son’s bowl was a good size with a nice spice and he reported it was very tasty. All in all a great experience. Would definitely return!

A hidden gem in Bancroft. We tried a jalapeno margarita and it was delicious. Shrimp tostados and chicken taco platter which is served fajita style where you assemble your own taco. Gluten free knowledgeable and safe. Service was friendly and attentive. Would recommend.

Looking at the other reviews, I’m quite disappointed.
The signage outside is very cool, but the decor and music inside doesn’t have any personality – Mexican or otherwise.
We ordered two margaritas that were ok. I’ve had better margaritas out of a can. Is it too much to expect fresh lime juice in a margarita from a Mexican restaurant?
We got the street corn that was pretty good and the taco platter. The chorizo for the tacos came on a sizzling platter that burnt much of the food. The pico that came was cut way too thick and didn’t have enough salt or lime or cilantro. I’m still perplexed that it was served with a thousand islands / donair sauce.
The thing I can’t get over is how the pre-cut limes looked like they had been sitting for over a week.
Maybe I’ll try the Indian food they serve out of the back next time instead.

We were so looking forward to dinner here while visiting Bancroft. We saw 4.8 Google review so reserved a table. Upon entering the restaurant there was the smell of incense. When seated we sat at windows that had not been cleaned in years with 2 almost empty bottles of hot sauce on the sill. No mexican decor and music was very low and indecipherable. I ordered a jalapeño margarita which had next to no salt on the rim, it was not cold and the taste was below par. Dinner was a ground beef burrito. It came with their dipping sauce made with mayonnaise and honey and maybe something else and it was awful. What Mexican restaurant would serve this with their food? We asked for salsa and they brought hot sauce. No sour cream was available either. Service was slow and it was difficult to communicate with anyone here. I think they would be best served serving Indian food as they have no clue what Mexican food actually is. Complete letdown.

If you’re anywhere near Fiesta Flavors — GO. And if you’re not? Honestly, it’s worth the drive. I came all the way from Ottawa and I’d do it again in a heartbeat for one reason: the Garbage Can Nachos. These are not just nachos — they’re a masterpiece. Loaded, layered, and absolutely next level. Easily the best I’ve ever had.
But it’s not just about the nachos. Everything we tried was bursting with flavor, fresh, and made with care. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in their work. And the staff? A step above. Super friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about the food they’re serving.
Fiesta Flavors lives up to its name — bold tastes, fun atmosphere, and unforgettable dishes. 10/10, can’t wait to go back!

The food here was amazing! We did take out as a family on our way home from Mont Tremblant, this being half way. It was delicious. The server let us know what we could eat with our dairy allergy, and gluten free options galore (as is such for Mexican food). My daughter had the quesadillas, sans everything but chicken and cheese. My son had the chips and dips. And my husband and I had the Tosdatos. Will go again!

First off…It takes alot for a placeto get me to write a review. This place opened Dec/23 and its been on my radar since it opened. Our cottage is near Bancroft and we’re always in town. My only regret is not trying this place earlier.
1. Trash Can Nachos are a must. Hands down one of the best nachos I’ve had and for sure the best in Bancroft. Its plenty to share or if you are really hungry…
2. 7 layer Burrito was huge and was very tasty
3. Taco Platter was nicely portioned and they bring you alot of toppings. They make this in house white sauce that is incredible
4. Churro Ice cream was the perfect finish to a great meal.
The plates we had all had a protein choice (chicken, beef, pulled pork and another 1 or 2 choices). There are vegetarian options like shrimp, fish, tofu.
They also ask you what spice level you want, we went with mild.
The restaurant itself is a bit small. We went near end of December and when the front door opens…a blast of cold comes in. My only suggestion would be for them to make either a small vestibule or shoulder level barrier wall, there’s plenty of space to do it.
I can imagine the place getting busy during the peek summer time. It is a must try. We will definitely be going back…
