We had a lovely experience at this Italian restaurant. The ambience is very warm and inviting, making it a great place for a relaxed dinner. The outdoor seating area looks beautiful and would probably be perfect in warmer weather, but it was closed during winter. We were told that outdoor seating is only available in summer and fall, so we’ll definitely consider coming back during those seasons to try it.

The food was overall good. We ordered two different pasta dishes: one of them was absolutely superb with great flavor and texture, while the other was a bit underwhelming and didn’t have as much taste as we expected. However, the non-alcoholic drinks were fantastic. We tried strawberry- and blackberry-based beverages, and both were refreshing and very well made.

The service was the standout part of our visit. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and our server (I believe his name was Taylor) was especially kind, friendly, and talkative. He made us feel comfortable and added to the overall positive experience.
The restaurant is a little pricey — our total was about $100 for two people — but the ambience and service made it worthwhile. Overall, a nice place to dine.

Great restaurant! Food the scallops special the night we were there was excellent. The Caesar salad was truly authentic, made with anchovies. I highly recommend this upscale location. Charlie, our server was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our selections.

A very big and spacious restaurant. All staff were very friendly and professional. We were lucky to have been hosted by Charlie K. A very charismatic man who provided an excellent service.

My friend ordered the Seafood Linguini and I was impressed with the quality of the seafood. Big soft scallops and prawns. I had ordered the Tagliatelle Bolognese, which was very filling and tasty.

I would highly recommend the Grand Chocolate Cake (shared between two people). Although it was dense, it was also moist. Very enjoyable, considering that I am not much of a chocolate person.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Dulivia. Our arancini appetizers were delicious as were all our entrees from the house-made tagliatelle bolognese which featured elk, squid-ink bucatini with spicy crab sauce and even the simple spaghetti and marinara sauce. All of our gelati were delicious as well. Can’t say enough about the service from our waitress Nina, who could not have been nicer. Highly recommend enjoying a meal here if you’re in Springdale and enjoying Zion National Park.

Absolute gem of a restaurant. Sandra was our server and she was extremely attentive and kind. We got the burrita pizza and lasagna and it was the best we’ve ever had! Can’t go wrong with this place!

Dulivia Ristorante is an absolute gem near Zion National Park. After a long day of exploring, this was exactly the kind of dining experience we hoped for—warm, inviting, and truly memorable. The atmosphere is cozy yet refined, making it perfect for both a relaxed evening and a special occasion.
The food was outstanding from start to finish. Every dish was clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian flavors. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauces were rich and balanced, and the presentation was beautiful without feeling pretentious.
Service was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made us feel like guests, not just customers, and were happy to offer recommendations.
If you’re visiting Zion and want an exceptional Italian meal, Dulivia Ristorante is a must-stop. It’s easily one of the best dining experiences in the area, and we will absolutely be back.

Overall, this was one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to. I had the Volka pasta and it was absolutely amazing. The pasta is made in-house, as well as everything on the menu. The ambience was calm and the staff were very kind. Our server, JT was terrific. He was checking on us, was humorous, and was easy to talk to. He definitely took the our experience to the next level. If you’re looking for a delightful meal with amazing customer service, this is definitely the spot for you! Don’t forget to ask for JT because he will give you the best service out there!!

Hands down the best food we had on our trip, and honestly the best food I’ve had in a while. We got the burratta, assorted fresh bread which included the focaccia, and vodka rigatoni with sausage. Tbh just the burratta and bread was enough to feed the two of us. Very rarely can I justify restaurants with prices like this, but this was 100% justifiable and worth it. Everything from our drinks to the service to the views and atmosphere was fantastic. I will definitely be returning to eat here the next time I’m in town.

Amazing!
We started off with their Bruschetta and it was incredibly favorable. The Spinach and Grape salad was the BEST we have ever had! And the Vodka Rigatoni was exceptional! On top of that, the service by Charlie made our evening with his genuine warmth and attentiveness.

So we came back the next day!
We had the Bruschetta again because it’s wonderful!
We had the Chopped Salad and it was great!
And the Pepperoni Pizza that’s will probably bring us back a third time.
Our server, Lelsey was thorough and friendly and genuine. The bartender, Patrick, came over to explain different gins to us.
A remarkable evening.
