The sub was fresh and tasted good. It was exactly what I ordered. Place was clean. Took a while to order, though, because the guy in front of me (we were the only two in line) ordered 8 subs and the worker walked away after making his sandwiches and I had to wait while the other worker called him to come back before I could order. Once they finally took the order, it was fine. The food was good enough to overcome the experience of ordering.

Clean, friendly staff, and high care for medical concerns. Wife has celiac disease and they took every precaution possible, including using a separate knife to cut the sandwich with gluten-free bread, and a separate thing of mayo.

I visit this Jersey Mike’s probably the most and I’ve never been disappointed. I have a gluten allergy and the people working are always great about wiping everything down, changing gloves, putting my bread on paper, and using squeeze bottles for my mayo and honey mustard. Jersey Mike’s just hits the spot in a way I can’t decide. The Italian subs are mine and my kids favorite. One thing they could improve on is to change to Coke instead of Pepsi. The store is always clean and well-maintained. Quality food ingredients as well.

Very clean. Somewhat fast service. I ordered the bowl for the first time. Loved it. They should have more dressing choices other than ranch, oil & vinegar, buffalo sauce or just mayo. I git the oil and vinegar and was satisfied.

Waiting 30 minutes for my sandwich and finally went up and asked about it. 1 employee said it’s here sitting on counter. She put it in a bag and handed to me. The manager never said sorry or anything. Also I ordered no peppers and it had peppers on it. It was warm but not hot.

I would give this place zero stars if I could ordered a big kahuna cheese steak in beef got home was chicken called the same night and told them I received the wrong order this stupid guy told me that they would remake my sub and give me a refund for th inconvenience I said fine .then next day I called and th ahead manager said he was only going to remake the sub I said ok that’s fine .then I wasn’t able to go get it remade because I got off work late then I called the same day and told them I wasn’t going to be able to come because I got off work late and then they’ve said that’s fine as long as you have the receipt you can come in qe get you taken care of so called today he telling me they looked on the camera he said it was steak I have no reason to lie about a 18 dollar sub sonhe said he wasn’t going to remake it so I said fine I will call my bank and get my money back beware if jersey Mike’s the first location I went to had hair in my food this one is a really shady restaurant never again first me .

Make an online order drive 20 minutes to pick it up. Drive all the way hometo see they made my sandwich wrong. Wants me to drive another 20 minutes to show them they made my sandwich wrong like. I know #9 comes with bacon. I ordered extra bacon. My sandwich didn’t come with bacon.
