A Polished Gem in College Town ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you’re looking for a sophisticated, clean, and modern retreat in the middle of the Ithaca student bustle, Fair Pour is it.
Even though we felt like the “grown-ups” in the room being in the heart of College Town, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and welcoming. The space is spotless, the aesthetic is on point, and the service was genuinely great—attentive without being overbearing.
The Standouts:
* The Food: We were blown away by the quality. The chicken salad was fresh and perfectly dressed, but the real star was the toast topped with diced apples, walnuts, and that rich balsamic glaze. It was as beautiful as it was delicious.
* The Coffee: Smooth, high-quality, and clearly made with care.
* The Vibe: It’s the perfect spot to decompress. Whether you’re a student or just passing through, it feels like a high-end escape.
Highly recommend if you want a “grown-up” culinary experience in a great campus setting!

Visited with a friend for breakfast. Nice atmosphere for something different in Ithaca. Tried the Carmel Cappuccino with oatmeal twice(small cup). Lol
Apple pastry and made my own selection of a plain avocado egg and sausage patty on toast. Would love more food optionsfor myself personally, but would recommend to others.

Other reviews accurate! Really pleasant, and good for spending a while working. A very large and comfortable open space with multiple seating options (I actually really like the very large stools? They’re very solid) and the coffee is delicious; I tried the lavender cardamom. Similarly, the sourdough panini I got, the berry brie, was fantastic. I don’t live close enough to come every day but I’ll definitely return on weekends!

Great place to get some work done. Plenty of seating, lots of light from the big windows, and free wifi (ask for the password at the counter). The coffee and pastries are delicious and fairly priced (I’m picky about my drip coffee, but it’s perfect here), and the staff are very friendly and kind. Good vibes all around.

I come to Ithaca several times per year and I’m always looking for the perfect cup of coffee. Mission (finally) accomplished! I stopped in to Fair Pour with my daughter. The space is large and airy and can accommodate a lot of people, yet it’s not noisy at all. I had the best vanilla latte I’ve ever had and my daughter had an oat milk decaf cappuccino. She had avocado toast and I had a breakfast wrap. We opted to also share the açaí bowl. Everything was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. The staff was super friendly. We loved the little touches like the leather bound menus at the counter. The decor is simple and lovely. We parked on the street right outside and I was happy to put a few coins in the old fashioned meter. I’m taking my son this morning and can’t wait for another vanilla latte.

Came in on Labor Day and got coffee and breakfast. There flavors are delicious and highly recommend the iced lattes. They’re a bit pricey but there quite delicious. The breakfast sandwich’s are also extremely yummy and I would recommend those as well.
Note for the people who like to work in the cafe, about 1/2 the seating has outlets.

GF options, single stall bathrooms, and lots of space… why did I just find out about this place?? This will be a go-to now. Only “wish” I have… gluten free cookies/muffins/desserts 🙂
