Wow this place is fantastic! Cool atmosphere, great service and excellent food. The fresh guacamole and queso dip was awesome. Shrimp tacos were excellent. Birria tacos were excellent. The flan was so good I barely got a picture before it was all gone LOL.

8/15/25 – At the Kentucky State Fair, they ran out of guacamole but didn’t tell anyone. So, we stood on line for 10 minutes to not order what we wanted. The food was OK but it was the end of the day and the chicken was DRY. Every customer should feel as if their order is important.

Absolutely wonderful service by Juan Alonzo, we will definitely be asking for him by name. Very knowledgeable about menu items and how they are prepared. Amazing saxophone player on Tuesdays from 6-9. Great atmosphere both inside and out. We moved in when it started to rain. All the things we chose to try were outstanding!!! Definitely a restaurant that deserves frequent visits.

High marks for service and atmosphere but I don’t get why everyone likes it. I might be spoiled because I live in California but the food is mediocre with to-be-expected flavors and the drinks taste like they’re flavored with chemicals. Stick to the beer and free chips. I would have given 2 stars except the service and atmosphere is really good.

I came here on Sunday around 11ish with my husband and father. Right off the bat, this place is very welcoming. It’s spacious, clean, and vibrant. There are several TVs to catch a game. The music is noticeable but not overwhelming.
Service was attentive, helpful, and friendly. No issues whatsoever. Now for the food. Compared to most other tex mex places, the price is great for what you get. I almost always get some type of Fajitas. I decided to order the one with shrimp, steak, and chicken. Normally, there are way more vegetables than meat. Not here. You get a great balance. My husband and father also enjoyed their food. Everything was seasoned well and very good. Overall, I think this would be a great place to try out. Whether you’re with family, on a date, or with friends. I’d add it to the list.
