32 yrs. ago I discovered sauerkraut on pizza for the very 1st time at the original Red’s Savoy on 7th St in Saint Paul, which changes how I eat pie now. Having been lucky to have experienced the Original Red’s Savoy, I can confidently say the delicious sauce is the same and so the crust. IMHO, sauce & crust are both crucial for a successful pie. Assuming the RS are now franchises, some franchisees don’t follow the same recipes/production that they’re suppose to. This location does! Brandon, our server was very helpful and so was the franchisee/owner/manager (?) at lunch Mon 8/11/25. I ordered the Angry Aloha, but switched out Xtra pepperoni for regular pep. & sauerkraut instead. It was delicious! They got new cobalt blue soda glasses. Pro tip: use the checked paper to prevent the layers of pizza leftovers from sticking together.

We’ve ordered for pick up several times over the last year and it’s always great! The pizzas taste delicious, and it’s easy to order online and pick up! Love that they cut their pizzas in squares too. Give this place a try, love their pies!

Went here on a lunch break for work because of the good ratings and their buffet. When we arrived, the buffet wasn’t open despite it being advertised. We decided to stick it out anyways and order some pizza since we were there. They got my order wrong when I ordered the cheeseburger pizza and just brought out a beef pizza, and on top of that we sat for an hour until our pizza arrived while being the only group in the restaurant. That being said, the pizza itself (despite being the wrong order) was absolutely delicious and well priced, and the slices were massive. Overall I would love to eat here again despite the slow and faulty service, and wouldn’t come if I wanted to be out in a timely manner. Would be a great choice to order ahead of time or for events.

I ordered pizzas and cheese sticks from reds on 6/11 around 5pm on door dash; specifically I placed this order for a work meeting that I was hosting. I have multiple employees who are Muslim/don’t eat pork/ only eat Halal. I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and a veggie pizza; I got pepperoni and a supreme pizza with sausage and pepperoni on it. Now half of my employees cannot participate in the team meeting meal. This is a simple mistake that could have been prevented with just a little attention to detail. Please get someone who can quality control the orders and making sure the correct stuff gets made/delivered to paying customers.
Side note what pizza place charges almost $4 per topping INCLUDING the veggie options???!!!! A veggie pizza is almost $35 which is outrageous.

Took the family out to dinner here tonight. The wife was craving the meat raffle pizza. Had the pleasure of meeting John the new owner. They took great care of us. Food was great. Let’s support these guys !

Picked up a pizza to go. Was hot and fresh, staff was friendly and courteous. The one specialty pizza we got was $33, which to me seems very expensive for pizza. It was good but not thirty dollars good. I’ll definitely eat here again, but will order something more affordable.

The wings were amazing crunchy outside juicy inside. We got them naked with no dipping sauce and they were perfect.. we ordered the meat lover pizza we added, jalapeño and black olive. There was a ton of black olives on there. The pizza was a little small for the price, but was really good.

We ordered the carry – out special, which was a large pizza and a 4 piece garlic bread. We also ordered a small pizza. Everything was delicious ! The pizza had plenty of toppings, the sauce was very flavorful. I loved the freshness of the French bread, and that it wasn’t soaked in butter.

Now this is Pizza! Ordered last Friday, had the deluxe with everything lots of toppings all tasting fresh, also the pizza fries!! Gotta have them, so good ! Sauce so delicious I bought a jar. The manager owner John is a delightful person who cares about his clients.
