Sitting at the drive thru window listening to the manager Jacob cuss out the drive thru lady is ridiculous and extremely. unprofessional. If your manager is not equipped to handle a situation professionally then Get better management. The franchise owner should be extremely embarrassed!! 4 star on service solely because of her being friendly and handling the situation like a champ!

April 23, 2025-I came in here, because I go to the CVS next door. Normally, I go to the east side location, but it is closed for remodeling. My birthday was the other day, and I get extra points this month. Since it was too early for lunch, I ordered on the app a Small Vanilla Iced Coffee. It was delicious! I will order this again when I need a snack on the east or west side. I also got my extra points.

The workers did a great job, but I do not like the automated service. Human interaction is a very important aspect to customer service. By having somebody there to actually talk to makes the experience better. Also I’m worried about the cashier who once held this job that has now been removed. What’s next, customers have to start making the food themselves. Obviously, I am being sarcastic when I say about the customer make their own food. But in all seriousness, it seems as though your company cares more about building profits and eliminating employees than it does about the overall satisfaction of your customers. While I was there I witnessed one customer walk out due to a fact that has automated service.

Very rude service. I tried asking a worker for help on the kiosk with my order. He was so unbelievably rude we didn’t even order food we just left. Very unacceptable!

I truly believe that all of the 5 star ratings for this place are either fake, or they are from people just trying to get points for reviews. Every time I go here, the staff is incredibly rude. They never give me a receipt when they’re supposed to. I don’t typically write bad reviews but I’ve only come here a handful of times in the last couple of years because of how rude they are. They never want to fulfill a customer’s request and they made that very obvious. I do not recommend this burger king. To anyone.
EDIT: I almost forgot to mention that I got food poisoning from this place a year or so back and they told me it wasn’t their food when that was the only meal I ate the day before. I used to go here often but the staff is just miserable. I stopped coming here after I got food poisoning but after they remodeled a came back through about 4-5 times for myself and my patients and EACH time the staff was rude and disrespectful practically throwing the food out the window and telling people they’re not allowed to add anything to their orders. This place truly is a joke. If you don’t know what reviews to believe on here look at all the ones that talk about disrespectful staff. Thank you.

So rude!!! Was basically mocked after order 4 8pc jalapeño poppers for my team and then mocked for asking for 5 ranches (that i paid for)the employees need an attitude adjustment and a course in customer service. Absolutely ridiculous.
