I had a great experience at Taco Belle (with the e at the end) thanks to the amazing service from the cashier, Matt. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude that instantly made the visit more enjoyable. He was patient, helpful with the menu, and made sure my order was correct down to the last detail. You can tell he really cares about giving good service, which made a big difference. It’s not every day you come across someone who brightens your day just by doing their job well—Taco Belle is lucky to have him!

The two young men through the drive thru tonight were just beyond sweet. I wish I would have gotten their names but everytime I come through and one of them are working it is the best experience. I just wanted to brag on them they truly deserve it! I believe one is red head with glasses and the other has dark longish hair. ☺️

Got a 9 dollar cravings box. The chips were literally the crushed chips from the end of a batch. They didn’t put the crunch in the crunch wrap and my husband’s food was made completely wrong. I’ll just start driving to kanawha city

My husband went thru the drive thru tonight and was thoroughly impressed with Matthew. He was very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. My husband said he wishes everyone was this pleasant to interact with. “He was in tune with his star player!” He deserves a gold star and a atta boy for sure! Other employees should take notes.

All I can say about fast food is I’m thankful I get my food? I did, but every time I have gone to taco bell, the order has been wrong and i’ve tried to call, and nobody answers it just rings and rings and rings and rings, and then the managers look at you stupid, like you don’t know what you’re talking about

DO NOT GO HERE FOLKS!!!! This place is horrible. We live here and have go to this Taco Bell because we don’t have any others. The employees here cannot and I mean cannot follow simple directions. There’s never enough taco meat, food items won’t be made right regardless how you request them, food will be soaked with meat liquid. Your order is guaranteed to be messed up every-time you go here. If you stop here to get food, we told you so.

Went through the drive through at 2340 E. Dupont Ave. Belle, WV 25015, about 30 minutes before they closed. The 2 guys working the drive through were incredibly rude. One of them flipped my girlfriend off, and when confronted about doing so, acted like he wanted to fight. The food was very poorly made, and the overall atmosphere was not at all welcoming. I would very highly suggest that they fire the 2 guys working drive through on Sunday, January 26th at 11:30 p.m. before they cause bigger problems for the company. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
