Little Caesars is my go-to spot when I want something quick, affordable, and reliable. Their classic Hot-N-Ready pizzas are hard to beat for the price, and most of the time I can walk in, grab my order, and be on my way in minutes. The convenience alone makes it a favorite.
One area they could improve on is timing between employees. When I order online, there are occasions where my pizza isn’t ready by the time I arrive, which takes away from the speed they’re known for. Better coordination would make the experience even smoother.
Overall, Little Caesars delivers solid value, fast service, and tasty pizza at a price that’s easy on the wallet. Despite a few timing hiccups, it remains my top choice for a quick pizza fix.

Do not eat from this restaurant. This restaurant doesn’t give a crap about food safety. I got extremely sick from food poisoning because of them. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas 2 days ago on November 17th 2025, at around 7:00 pm, and later got really sick in the middle of the night.
Because of them, I had to miss out on work and I was in a lot of pain. I called them today to let them know about their food but it’s clear they don’t give a damn since they hung up on me after I told them. They didn’t even at least apologize.
Do not eat from this restaurant, unless you want to suffer from food poisoning like I did.

This location and drive thru is really slow. Nothing is ever hot n ready. Like little ceasers promotes. They ask you to wait between 6 to 20 minutes. But the pizza taste good for the price.

Bad customer service, bad management, and bad quality. Pizza was halfway burned, they argued all pizzas come out that way, COME ON ive bought pizzas at Little Ceasars before! Manager came to window argued the same thing. I asked to see another one. It was not burned at all. I told them i would take the not burned one even though it was not what i had paid for. Went to the drive thru Sunday night. After waiting in line for 15 minutes for 2 cars to go before me, I was told it would be 30 minutes for a hot n ready pizza. What in the hell? Its called hot n ready for a reason, not hot n wait for 30 minutes. This was rhe first time I’ve came to this location and I can tell you it will be my last. The only reason I went is because my son wanted pizza and this was close to the house. But I’ll drive across town to somewhere better rather than wait 30 minutes for barely mediocre pizza.

There was a long line to order on the drive thru speaker. I get to the speaker to make my order. I wait an additional 20 min only to get to the window and repeat my order to the guy again. The guy shows poor customer service. Never apologizing for making us wait or for our business. In hindsight I should have just ordered from Papa John’s that is next door. They always have your order ready exactly as you order and it’s always fresh. The staff is polite and friendly.

Ordered online to get quick easy dinner but ended up taking an hour for my order! Waited 20 min in the drive thru and then when I finally got to the window the guy with glasses attending the window gave me cold and stale crazy bread. It was like if he knew he gave me old bread because he was ignoring me. After honking trying to get anyone of the three guys working attention and getting ignored, I finally got down and asked for another order of bread. It was until then I saw they attended the drive thru window. The lobby was full of people angry waiting for their order. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
