The brisket is fantastic and the beers are ice cold.
What more do you need? If you’re in the area this is a must stop and try place!
When you get the brisket sandwich make sure you put the right barbecue sauce on it.
Some thing’s just go together like peanut butter and jelly!!
Service was fantastic and friendly just the way we like it.

Been coming to Warsaw and Truman lake for 30 years. I’ve passed by here several times but never stopped. Tonight we decided to try it out. WOW!!!! Simply WOW!!!!! I had ribs, she had beef & turkey sandwich and WOW!!!!! The blackberry cobbler was ON POINT!!! We will be back. Great spot!

Ordered the pulled pork sandwich, it was supposed to include one side and a pickle, the menu price was 11.25 add a drink would be 3.00,= 14.25 plus tax = 15.43. I didn’t get a pickle. I was told it was the day’s special, but the total $18.22, I saw an added $3.00 charge rung up, so I was probably charged the extra added “beef” charge, even though I ordered a pork sandwich. Got the BBQ baked beans that were inedible. $18.22 for one pulled pork sandwich and 2 cokes! It was my first and last trip to eat there!

for the last 9 years we have lived in Warsaw. we have seen 5 BBQ restaurants open and go out of business. Hill top is by far the best we have ever had, every time. the rib dinner and brisket are our favorites. I especially like their baked beans and I buy a few bottles of Kenny’s bbq sauce. I don’t know how they do it.

Outstanding customer service by all staff, they worked as a team. Food was very delicious on our first visit with a table of 9. We walked in and were immediately seated and received drinks immediately. Food came out at a great hot temperature and tasted fresh!
