Bought a key tag for the frosty deal at this nearby Wendy’s for me and never got it. I thought they put it in the bag with the food when I drove away because they did not hand it to me when they gave me my credit card back but it was not in the bag. I went back around after about six cars had gone through and had eaten my sandwich and I mentioned I never got the key tag. She said she handed it back to me with my receipt. But I had no Wendy’s receipt in my car anywhere which I was right there when I looked in my car interior as she was at the window and there was no receipt to be found anywhere. I clearly remember her handing me my credit card back to me with no receipt then and then a minute later the food in the bag. She claims she handed me the receipt later with the key tag which would be pretty unusual to hand a receipt after you run the credit card and had the card back but maybe that’s how their system works I don’t know. Maybe the manager knows if they read this. I asked this young girl if they had cameras there to view the transaction and she claimed they did not. She said I was out of luck she was positive she handed me the key tag with the receipt. I was positive she did not. I guess she thought I was trying to scam them and lying about it. I then drove away half a block and went through my car completely including between both front seats, behind the seats, under, the dash, etc. and found some other little things but no large receipt – and definitely no key tag. I looked in the bag, looked in between the napkins and in the food itself and I sure didn’t eat it. Anyway it’s my fault apparently because she was positive six cars later she handed me the receipt with the key tag so that’s a summary of what happened. Won’t be coming back.

Witnessed one of the workers handling food without any gloves on. He was touching cheese slices, toppings, and already cooked hamburger patties with his bare hands. I didn’t want to cause any issues so I just took my food and left. Safe to say I won’t be eating it though and won’t be going back to this location.

Awful! Ordered 3 piece tenders which were cold-nuggets of tough chicken, a cold jr. bacon cheeseburger with wilted lettuce. As if a small cold burger is not bad enough for some odd reason the burger tasted sweet. In the end, small portions, cold tasteless food, would not go again!

ok I want to start off by saying I NEVER leave reviews on anything but this Wendy’s was god awful. firstly, I wanted to try spicy nuggets for the first time but they were actually hard as rocks I couldn’t even chew them. Like I’m not even exaggerating or being dramatic you literally can’t chew them. god knows how long they were sitting out. the fries were actually cold to the touch, not even warm! And then to finish it off, this was my bacon! Wendy’s bacon is my favorite but this was actually so disappointing they gave me the leftovers ): I’m so sad pls do better wendy’s i just wanted a crispy chicken blt

The two girls that worked the midnight shift on 8-2-2025 was horrible! They were complaining about leaving at 1:30am and how they better be out of there. Really rude to this one guy who wanted his burger a specific way. They just had the nastiest attitude. A manager really need to look into them and how their shift gets ran.

We ABSOLUTELY love the Nashville Predators and when they score more than 4 goals, (each person) should be able to get a frosty. My mother brought my 3 nephews and 1 niece to get Predators Frosties after school today.

The children were extremely excited and LOVE our team, but the children and my mother were shocked, because the manager initially refused to give them frosties and accused my mother of not really have 5 people in the car. When my mother reminded him of the Preds Partnership, the manager still tried to say, “It is only one frosty per car.” He eventually conceded. The manager even went to the check-out window and said, “I just had to make sure there are really 5 of you…”

The reason I had to comment is because the way they were treated is wrong and the very opposite of what our Nashville hockey team is about in our community. Please do better, be better, live better next time.

Each customer should be treated with great customer service, especially by a manager, and that did not happen today because of fear and a stingy way of thinking on this manager’s part. Please do better!

I do not know her name, but the lady who was working the drive-thru on Thursday March 13th around 10:15pm is the nicest employee I’ve ever come across at a fast food restaurant. I understand it’s not the most glamorous job in the world, but she greeted me with genuine kindness, positivity and excitement. It was the most refreshing experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. If the owner of this Wendy’s sees this review – I truly hope you treat her well because she deserves it!!

I usually go through the drive through at this particular Wendy’s but today we decided to eat inside. The restaurant is very clean, well kept and the service was terrific. Food was great and our order was correct. The best part of our visit was meeting Dominque and our conversation with him. Great job!

Sat in line at the drive-thru for 30+ min. At the window for about 15 of it. I drive off and discover the frys are cold (how is that even possible). Got home and took a drink of my sweet tea to discover it was unsweetened tea. This was just a waste of my time and money. May be the worst restaurant in the Brentwood area.
