Unfortunately, the oven was broken. Only found out later. No bacon, nothing that involved an oven. Told I could get the maple BBQ bacon sandwich, but no bacon. You would think it would cost less, but no. Charged the same price. Reason being that I was told there was no bacon, so we can charge the full price. RIP OFF. Don’t sell the sandwich if you don’t have all the parts.

The old ginger white lady here is insanely rude and unprofessional. She told us in the drive through it would be a moment to order but had us waiting for over 20 minutes (my husband really wanted the spongebob meal) while only taking orders inside. When I finally went in to ask about the drive through she told the other workers to keep it shut down, again while taking orders inside the whole time. She didn’t even have the decency to let us know they weren’t taking drive through orders while we sat and waited. On top of all of it she was rude to everyone who came into the restaurant, and they were “sold out” of everything we all sat waiting for.

Arrived at 9:50 AM and was told in the drive-thru there was a 10 minute hold(?). Came back 25 minutes later and heard the drive-thru attendant tell the car in front of me their out of eggs. When I pulled up I was told there was another 10 minute hold(?) although there were 3 cars waiting to pay for food. Attendant said they only have 2 people working.

Slowest BK ever. Spent almost 4 minutes sitting at the drive thru after she said she’d be with me. I had a mobile order and didn’t need to wait. Then our food was not hot when they gave it to us. Will stay with McD’s from now on.

This place does not understand what the “fast” in fast food means. The drive thru service is consistently slow. The prices on the food has gone up lot over the years and the quality has gone down.

It was very dead inside. The manager “I’m assuming” was very nice but she was being over worked. She single handedly ran all the positions. She was the cashier, drive thru person, cooker, etc. Food is what you get. Everyone has had bk and it doesn’t change. The issue was the atmosphere. Just down right dirty. I won’t hold it on the manager, she was doing more then needed but bk needs to hire someone to clean up the place.

This is the chillest BK. The crew is good natured and playful… And their great customer service was appreciated.
The dining room is clean, spacious and a comfortable temperature.
Our food came out hot and on par for the style of restaurant.
Our five person dinner came to 66.40 and everyone left very satisfied.

Amazing service the manager Liz was great, as we came in the restaurant she greeted us, she took our order and made sure everything was accurate and bagged it up. Asked if we needed ketchup which most places don’t bother to ask so i really appreciated that. Also not a long wait!
