Coffee wildly different everyday. One day it’s super sweet one day it’s super bland. I have health issues and I always get sugar free shots and stevia and one time I knew for certain they put real sugar in my drink….its not a preference it’s how I have to have my coffee. Ignorant is you ask me.

It is very cold today 1/20/26 and the girl at the drive thru has a short sleeve on. I asked her how come DD doesn’t give you a sweatshirt and she told me that you charge your employees $30 for this. I think you should give them one for free or at least 1/2 off. You can’t tell me that your company doesn’t make enough $$$ to provide this.

absolutely unacceptable. i feel this is a decent dunkins from the other few times i’ve come here, but this moment really sours any other experience that i’ve had. i pull up to the at drive thru roughly 6 am and attempt to order my drink. the order taker asks me to “try to separate your words” and says that im mumbling. now, im very hard of hearing and have a slight speech impediment because of it, plus i had just woken up so maybe i wasn’t speaking clearly. fair enough. asking a little nicer wouldn’t hurt though. i state my order again and she reads it back to me in an extremely patronizing tone, almost offended that im even ordering something. i was pretty shocked as i’ve never been talked down to quite like this before. but even then, i dont think too much of it. she’s clearly just having a rough morning. she asks if there’s anything else and i request a modification to the drink which prompts her to start mocking me, repeating my order back to me while speaking gibberish. i was truly baffled and didnt know what to say. it seems that the other employees working there noticed this behavior as well because by the time i came up to the window, there was a different, much nicer, person handling my order. she apologized briefly for her coworkers behavior and i moved on. unfortunately, i dont see myself coming back here in fear of encountering the same individual. i was mocked and ridiculed for the way that i speak and i never want to go through that again. i hope something is done about it

AGAIN CLAIMS THEY ARE 24 hours but NOT OPEN 24 hours! TAKE YOUR 24 HOUR SIGNS DOWN STOP CLAIMING SOMETHING YOUR NOT. Go in at 3 am before work and all lights are on but not open and no one inside.

The service is always amazing beyond belief at this Dunkin’s location! Tonight my service was expertly and happily run properly by employees and managers/shift runners, Karisma and Mo. Exceptional service as well as the food!
