Placed an order online as we were pulling in. Waited 40 minutes for the order. Called them at 30 minutes. Said they had to remake the burgers but they were cold when we got them. Literally, our 4 drinks sat so long that the slush was no longer a slush and the other 3 drinks the ice was melted. No offer to remake or do anything to help the situation. This sonic has gone up and down since it has been here but we always adjust expectations. Faster to drive to the next town for better options than to go here ever again

Was bad a few years ago still bad tried 2 weeks ago showed up one person in the parking lot ordered a garlic butter burger an a kids chicken strips then a rush hit an everyone got there food before us an a older lady park next never got her order so she left finally as we’re leaving ours comes out cold! A the burger an everything on it was burnt the dog outside wouldn’t even eat it delayed posting this because they emailed me a said they would make it right got brushed off!

i’m assuming there’s new management or staff, because the last time i’ve visited it was a good experience.
this time was awful. a relatively empty lot but a 4+ min wait to order, food wasn’t great (grilled cheese bread was not crispy or golden, at all.) and my carhop seemed okay but rushed.

I got a reeces blast and a hot fudge sundae and it was sour plus it took forever to come out even though no one was there because the workers dont check what people ordered and thought we were waiting on food

Honestly the worst service and food. Waited for 25 minutes for my food, as soon as we get our food we can see how gross our fries and tots look. They definitely were not edible, old grease and soaked in grease. It was a lot of money wasted. When I called to just make them aware( which there’s no way they weren’t aware with how nasty they looked) the manager John was not nice, he was not helpful. Really really disappointed in how much it costed for half of it to have been wasted because we were unable to eat such nasty things.

There weren’t that many other customers when I arrived around 2pm, yet, I still waited longer than I expected. I noticed only one carhop while I was there. I also think that a highly processed”fast food” option shouldn’t be as expensive as they are.

I love Sonic and lately have only gone for a quick bite to eat or mostly drinks. The food and service have gotten a little better recently. The carhops actually act like they like their job. The cooks have done a good job as far as getting our order correct recently too. I’ve had pleasant experiences lately.
