Ok to good food but great brewery. A+ service from the employees here both times I have been here. Location is clean, spacious, not loud & comfortable. My wife got the same Chicken Salad sandwich again, it’s still a winner, seafood chowder was satisfactory to good according to her, she took the balance back to our hotel & she had it in the morning as she had a early morning meeting & we had a microwave, she changed her opinion to great , saying it tasted even better in the morning I guess from it being dehydrated. Pretzel was great, I had a chicken pot pie which I though was ok, it was basically a chicken stew served with a puff pastry in there instead of the stew in a puff pastry, It tasted clean & light lacking body so I ordered a side of lime rice which worked for me. The star of this place is really their custom brews, I thigh think the food here is 4to 4 1/2 star but their brews make it a 5 star restaurant. Their birch beer & bourbon ginger are perfectly balanced flavor & refreshing & I also bought a bottle of their express Old Fashion to take home, 10/10 satisfaction.
Even in you are not a alcohol consumer, the Location, atmosphere & quality of service coupled with good , clean food makes this a great restaurant.
A definite must visit in Hershey.

I decided to celebrate my birthday with a great meal and my lovely wife of 30+ years.

The atmosphere and vibe is incredible inside of this industrial style building. The music was a mix of 70’s and 80’s and it was a nice soft tone so conversations could be had easily.

My wife ordered the venison burger with fries and I had the dry rubbed half rack of ribs but subbing out the mashed potatoes for the red quinoa and rice. The burger was cooked perfectly and very juicy. The look on her face when she had the first fry said it all. When the ribs were sat in front of me, I could smell the smoke right away. I pulled the first bone out cleanly, picked up a chunk of that glorious meat and wow, what an explosion of flavors. There was cherry wood, sweet notes from the rub and also herbs came through. My wife started to chuckle at my expressions as I enjoyed every last bite. Those ribs were top four best ribs I ever had, and I was stationed in Texas for two years. They also have Carolina and bourbon BBQ sauce options and I WILL be trying both of those soon. The red quinoa and rice was delicious but be forewarned, it also had a spicy kick to them. So if you’re sensitive to spices, skip this side. Even the coleslaw was crunchy, creamy, and done just right.

Janelle couldn’t have been a better hostess. She was super friendly, kept our drinks topped up, and her positive vibe was greatly appreciated. 10/10 on service.

I didn’t have a drink as I was driving but I’ve had their bourbon which is sold at the state store, and it’s a nice balanced spirit.

We’ll definitely be back very soon. I couldn’t recommend this fine establishment strongly enough to anyone wanting a great meal, outstanding service, and an incredible dining experience.

We went to Hidden Still today for their happy hour, 3-5, for the first time. I started with the blackberry bourbon smash which was very refreshing and smoky. I also tried their Negroni, not my favorite but my husband loved it. They were having an issue with bartenders so it took a while getting drinks. Overall, great atmospheric and well made drinks.

Respect to the restaurant/distillery where at least three employees worked on making me happy! Is the food ok? Did you want to try any spirits? The food was excellent! The spirits had a wide range of quality with double oak being excellent and many being very good and unique! and the service was the best!!!

Can anyone say perfection! My husband & I found this gem driving by. I am a retired flight attendant of 10 years He an airline pilot of over 40 years. Needless to say we travel and eat out! This is nothing short of a gem. Not sure why anyone gives less than 5 stars. Service, atmosphere & most importantly food was amazing. We had the Brussels sprouts that were the tastiest appetizer. The black bean burger did not disappoint. The next surprise was how low cost our bill was. All this for more than reasonable prices. Something tells me if you don’t give 5 stars it is either an off day or nothing satisfies you. Will be making it our go to place when passing through to & from Harrisburg.

Favorite happy hour/upscale dinner spot in the Hershey area! I’ve been here quite a few times over the past few weeks- the pretzel braid with honey mustard and jalapeño queso is absolutely delicious and a happy hour must. tried a few cocktails and my favorites were the French 75 and negroni. i’ll be back for sure!

We stopped by for a Friday evening happy hour and wasn’t disappointed. I had a couple different happy hour cocktails and my wife and stepdaughter each tried some. We had the nachos and pretzel for apps and then I tried the chili and Cobb salad later. Everything was good. Our server was attentive. The place had a good vibe. Will definitely be back! Highly recommended!!

Pretty good, would likely go back.

Came here prior to a concert at Hershey Stadium. Enjoyed the food overall with the mahi tacos were a bit crispier, the still fries a bit less garlic potent, and the Caesar dressing a bit more taste.

The ribs were great! We were told that the desserts are shareable size but not. The chocolate martinis was yummy!

We got the kung pao deep fried Brussels sprouts and the jerk tofu tacos on corn tortillas. The tortillas were a tad dry and absorbed the tofu sauce so they fell apart. But they were still a respectable meal. Not super flavorful, but at least it was tofu and filled the belly. It came with a handful of house made corn tortilla chips and a salsa with a small hint of cilantro flavor. Not enough to cause noticeable soapiness.

They do have a tofu side for $4, so if you’re not in need of all the corn products, that could totally be used to pad out the Brussels sprouts.

Speaking of, the Brussels were the star of the show. Soaked in a balsamic-esque teriyaki sauce, topped with pickled ginger and cashews. The flavors worked so well together! There’s plenty of sauce if you choose to mix the plain tofu in there.

For what it’s worth, i didn’t notice any meaty smells or flavors on the Brussels, so i suspect they may have separate fryers. (2 hours later, i still have no negative intestinal reactions)

It is frustrating though that the menu indicates “vegetarian” but not “vegan” it’s always scary relying on the memories of servers. (And what if we want to order take-out? We need to call ahead and ask what is vegan, and then put the order through? Why not just be transparent and error-proof?)

They do have outside seating, but it has no canopy, so if it is raining, you’ll have to eat inside or do take-out. (They do have a back room if you’re uncomfortable eating inside the main room with everyone else.)
