This place has had failed yet again! The pizza was drenched in grease and under cooked! The worst part about it is their customer service is absolutely horrible! I called the next afternoon since they were closed by time I got home to report it. ( there was no saving the pizza ) I was told to bring the photos and receipt back to get a refund. When I got to the store with my receipt and photos, the manager on duty said she wasn’t aware needed to call her manager! Well guess what no refund was given and she was acting as if I wanted free food! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! “My frustration is not just from this either. This is the 2nd time they messed up and had horrible customer service!”

I don’t know if the wings were freezer burnt or if they were really even chicken at all. It was like plastic the texture was transparent like you could see through it. The meat was a soggy texture it was really disgusting. I will never order wings again from Pizza Hut. I threw both orders of wings in the trash because I couldn’t stomach eating them.

I always order from this Pizza Hut and usually get the melts. Tonight I had a free pizza so I decided to get the free pizza, an additional pizza and brownies. The pizza was horrible!!!!!!! I ordered hand tossed and got the thinnest pizza I have ever had and it was much more greasy than pizza should be. It was so floppy that everything fell off and I could see through the crust!!!!! Just horribly made. Also the brownie was not cooked all the way. Be safe and stick to the melts from now on or better yet get pizza from somewhere other then Pizza Hut.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 without cheese. Pizzas show up and both have cheese on them. We call them and they said they would send a correct pizza in 30 min. 1 hour goes by and the pizza shows up cold, hard and nasty. Thus place is horrible.

Worst experience at a Pizza Hut that I’ve ever had..made my entire order wrong. Forgot all the sauces that I paid for. Sent back a new pizza made the same way as the messed up one and still forgot my sauces. This was supposed to be “bbq chicken.” Looks like Alfredo sauce. Absolutley no taste or bbq. I would have rather of just taken a refund. The breadsticks were hard as a rock. Definitely not “pull apart.” Such a waste of food and money. Never again.
Edit once again, I did address it with the restaurant and support. Nothing came of it. Avoid this place at all costs.

This was a truly awful experience. Not only was our delivery 15 minutes late , but our food was cold and one of the pizzas had hair baked into the entire pizza. When I called the store to let them know, not only did they not believe us, but they were extremely rude. I even asked for a district managers number or corporate number and they refused to provide with, claiming that they did not know that information. Fortunately, after being hung up on by the managers Ava and Nick; I was able to contact another location and receive this information. My coworkers and I ordered dinner because we are stuck at the office for the night and now we do not have anything to eat in fear of getting another mouthful of hair. If you are looking for any semblance of customer service or quality food do not go to this location. Utterly unacceptable!

Horrible was supposed to be a delivery, after an hourcwe called they had no record showing our order, we ordered again and went to the store which was 15 minutes away ordered another pizza, got in our car and it was wrong, this all started at 8:00pm we returned it for a correct one, now its 10:00 pm very disappointed, wasn’t managed properly, no one cared!

HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!! I ordered a meat lovers pizza online. My pizza wasn’t fully cooked, was missing pepperoni & ham. It was sausage & bacon just over Half cooked not even cut all the way through. We went to pull slices & it ripped apart in center making it look partially eaten from the soggy mess that arrived in place of My actual order of a cooked meat lovers. While it was quick delivery & nice delivery person…. I tried to call to address the concern & complaint only to be forwarded to a live message service that can only take orders Not complaints or customer service. Will NOt order from this location again. It won’t even allow Me to post My pictures with the review.

Placed an order for The Big New Yorker with double pepperoni. The pizza I received barely had pepperoni, let alone double!! Called the Manager – Jennifer Sword at the MLK location. She indicated she could not address my issue since it was picked up by Uber Eats. When did Uber start MAKING the food?!? Poor Customer Service and a WASTE of money!!

If I could give no stars I would. How can they call this pizza there is no crust and this is a stuffed crust. If this is the new way I will never order this for my family again. $24 for paper come on. Store should be ashamed to have delivered this to a customer. Shame on you.
