Went in for a quick and easy dinner yesterday night and was amazed by their service. First of all..wow..inside the restaurant was very clean and the restrooms were very clean too. I was greeted by my cashier with a smile immediately when I entered. Jacqueline was my cashier and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and there specials and helped me pick out the best value meal for me and my family. The holidays make it tough to stretch your buck these days but they’re 25 dollar meal was really good and my kids liked their apple pies bites. I hope managers sees this and know how great of a job she did not a lot of workers are very patient or kind these days…Very pleased with my visit and will definitely return soon!!

I went in for an easy dinner with my family and the team did a great job!!! My cashier Iris was very friendly while Alexis packed our order super fast! The manager Jacky was super kind and amazing she gave us some great coupons for our next visit and went out of her way to triple check to make sure our meal was complete since we let her know we come from out of town. Their above and beyond service really blew us away. BEST KFC IN THE VALLEY!!!!

Unbelievable they have a family meal deal $20 and the sides are like samples they practically giving false advertisement they should show how small the sides really are that you will be getting in the meal. I will definitely not be going back at all you get better food any where else then here.

Great experience bathroom where very clean. Inside the restaurant was sparking clean. Everything was fresh you could taste it. The customer service was amazing. I wished I lived in the area to rtn frequently. Thank you for such wonderful service on this Veterans.

Ordered a kids meal for myself and for starters their customer service is not the friendliest but the worst part is that one of the nuggets was raw in middle disgusting I would’ve been even more furious had it been one of my kids eating this garbage this is unacceptable and I hope the management team see this review !

Everything was dropped fresh. I got the extra crispy 2 pc combo and the chicken, when I bit into the chicken the skin was crunchy and i saw juices shoot out of it. Sounds gross but it was delicious.

These incompetent employees “forget” to give me items I ordered and when I call and tell them I can’t drive back to get those items at the time, they put my name and number on a “list” and tell me next time you come in just tell us your name and number that is on the list and they’ll give me my items … I go in and they say well you don’t have your receipt. And they do not honor THEIR LIST and their word .. instead argue with me about the stupid items! Honestly to me not even worth the argument… But definitely worth a ZERO STARS rating for the trouble!!! Horrible service!!
