Very misleading. The sign insinuates (at 9pm) that they are closed but in actuality they’re open. Manager on the grill was very rude because she actually had to do her job. She said they are out of fries but they weren’t she was just too lazy to make some. This establishment isn’t worth any stars if that were an option! Please hire people who actually want to work!

Ordered food at 5:15. No one ahead of me and no online orders. Waited until 5:45. The person who came in behind me got their 4 bags of food they did not order till after I placed mine. This is terrible customer service. First in first out orders should be filled as they are received. This is how it is in all restaurants. If anything. Mine was even easier than the six sandwiches order that came after mine. I had a normal regular size cheesesteak with two small fries. Finally, as I was asking for my money back, my food was coming out of the toaster. I used to have a great review for this place but I will never go back because they literally play favorites based on whoever the customer is. People working knew who the person was who came in behind me and they even gave them specifics about don’t drop their fries until their sandwiches come out, which they did but all before my sandwich was even made. I do not recommend this place.

Never ate here before…subs were ok…steak and a chicken teriyaki…fries for $5 wasnt happy at all…all broken and little and hard..wasnt even “hot”….i expected more for the price..on a plus…the lemonade was really good!!
