Ordered a pizza it was dry and burnt. I called to get another and the second one was worse than the first. I been trying to eat since 749 pm. Still waiting for them to fix my food it’s now 955 pm. When I called to see what happened the lady manager that was on was very very rude. One star because that’s the only option at this point. Becca the delivery driver is the real MVP and G.O.A.T. She went back made our pizza correctly and brought it back to us!!! Becca should be training who ever made the first two. I am only changing my rating because of Becca. Thank you Becca!!!

So I ordered online and went to pick up my order, nothing. I have an email with the confirmation and they said they didn’t get the order. How did you not get it when I have email confirmation of it??? And yes, it was the correct location. Manager was a complete jerk. Wasn’t willing to do anything. Said it would take another 45 min to get a new pizza. Didn’t even offer a refund. Left and went to Hungry Howie’s. Also, reading reviews I found it interesting that the manager is posting his own 5 star reviews. How shady is that? Manager should be fired for that alone. What kind of person does that trying to boost his own star rating? Shows the character of this store manager. Here is a pic of his review. Enjoy!

We love this “Dine In” Pizza Hut! It’s as charming as it can be & well taken care of! Great experience! Our server “Linda” was Super! She took excellent care of us & our pan pizza was perfect! We haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in a good many years. We decided to stop for lunch when we realized that they offered the lunch buffet again. Everything was hot and ready at. 11 a.m. and so good! The restaurant was clean and well kept. The service staff was very friendly and welcoming. The buffet price was $10.99. I felt the price was very reasonable. Even the restrooms were clean. We will definitely be back. I am happy that we tried it again. The only suggestion I would make is that the store place some feather flags or some additional sinage out front to let folks know what’s going on in there. The outside appearance of the building is very subdued and understated on its own. The small marquee sign is too small. Thanks for a pleasant lunch today.

Arrived at 12 and the pizza was not very fresh the pasta was dry. But the salad bar was perfect. Yes it was the buffet it wasn’t bad just wish the stuff was warmer and fresher.

We have come here about 6 times now since we moved here and every time we come our order is messed up. Or they forgot something and we have to wait 10-20 additional minutes. They screw up our pizzas and they’re not cooked fully and completely caked in grease. We came back today hoping they would redeem themselves and waited until after pickup time and they managed to forget our cheese sticks and had an attitude about it
