Really great service, had a missed item on the order and the fixed it right up and we bought more food. The kids tore it up and everything was on point. I’d give em a five but for food but I struggle doing that for any chain. As for for atmosphere that tactile lighted table is awesome, great atmosphere, lobby, and front end service. Having done that work myself I know it ain’t easy being cheesy, well done folks.

As someone who has worked in customer service for 10+ years, I’m generally very patient when it comes to service. Things get crazy and things get lost and things happen. However, when I came in with an issue with my app order, zero employees even attempted to make anything right or solve the problem. Two employees just simply said “I don’t have the order here” and walked away.
After asking for a second cup after the first one fell on the floor, I was looked at directly by employees and ignored to the point where I just had to grab a new cup myself.
Genuinely, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had anywhere.

Ordered a kids meal 6 piece. One nugget short. Not a big deal. The fry’s were stale but soggy. Once again not a big deal. However the quarter pounder was undercooked! Called the store talked to Austin he said he would get it fixed. Got into the store asked for Austin got some random worker came up put the quarter pounder on and waited for Austin to get it. He (Austin) proceeded to stare me down like I did something wrong. I say thank you and he rolled his eyes while sarcastically saying “make sure this one is cooked through that’s why I had to do this”

I usually stop by this McDonald’s for meal deals, but too often my orders are wrong. The main issue is that they frequently forget to include the nuggets and the fries that come with my meals. It’s frustrating to pay for something and then have to go back inside to get what I ordered.
When I come in to get the mistake fixed, one of the employees just shakes his head at me like I’m the problem, when really it was the order that got messed up in the first place. Customers shouldn’t have to feel like they’re being blamed for pointing out a mistake.
I hope the management can pay more attention to accuracy and customer service. Mistakes happen, but the way they’re handled makes all the difference.

I ordered a Hot chocolate using a deal on the app and a large chocolate shake. When I received my drink it was clearly just hot milk. I tried it once with the lid on and it clearly didn’t taste like a hot chocolate, but it was scalding so I assumed it was just the temperature. I opened the lid when I got home and as you can see it was clearly just a cup of milk. I saw a film on the top of it in the light but assumed it was milk not mixing properly with water. I took another sip and this goop was hanging out of my mouth. I took it out of my mouth, my friend gagging, and I placed it on the inside of the cup. Goodness. Absolutely disgusting, unbelievable, and when I tried to return for a either a remake or a refund, there were 4 people fighting outside of the store. Everyone’s eyes in the store glued on them and us driving in. We heard sirens in the distance and decided to leave rather than try and get a refund amidst that chaos. Needless to say I would not return, or recommend this place to anyone.

It’s your friendly neighborhood McDonalds that everyone has come to know and expect. Standard service. It took 10 minutes to get my to go order, but luckily I was thoroughly entertained by the workers quarreling with each other. In the end, the paper thin burger was worth the wait.

Terrible McDonald’s. Took over 15 minutes to get cold food. The sweet tea and unsweetened were mixed up. They threw my food on the counter and didn’t give me my drink. When I asked the next person if I could have my drink she was super irritated to take 5 seconds to give me my cup. Plenty of other McDonald’s in the area that can get things right. Avoid this one
