Food was great! Sat at the bar, didn’t realize a reservation would be needed. Took some time for our food to be brought out but great vibe. Staff was so nice, but expect to wait a little if you’re ordering food at the bar. Great vegetarian and vegan options. Except their vegetarian ramen option comes served with egg and egg noodles, so be mindful of all that’s included when ordering! Definitely recommend.

Ok I LOVE this place. It’s new to the area and I can tell you I’ll come here at least once a month. Everything is small plates or shareables and every single thing was phenomenal. Sam was a pleasure to have as a server.
The lobster dumplings, bulgogi, and the shrimp hand roll were my favorites. Also try the yuzu soda! 5/5 recommend. Check it out if you’re in the area. They also have lots of deals and happy hour. Also provide a 15% off discount for Nyack residents on Wednesdays.

This was ALMOST my new favorite ramen discovery! Let me explain. We just came to the “Take Out” side since that was what was open at the time. The staff were welcoming and awesome. They offered good food advice and didn’t apply any pressure or rush us. With their recommendation we both got the filet mignon ramen. And can I just say… wow. The meat was delicious and so tender. The noodles were tasty. The crunchy thing they put on it was so bomb. Each element was so thoughtful. So now here’s were the sad part for me comes. It was overall a pretty cold dish. There wasn’t nearly enough broth and the little bit that was there was a little colder than lukewarm. (Take a look at my picture of the ramen. That’s what it looked like as soon as I got it. You can’t even see the broth and I didn’t even eat anything yet! ) Not sure if that’s just because we were on the takeout side or maybe our bowls were sitting too long and the broth got absorbed and it cooled down? Or if that’s how they serve it on the lunch side… I am not sure. But hey… still one of the best ramens I’ve EVER had even despite having small quantity of cold broth! Hah. The egg was also quite cold which I didn’t love. All in all a great place and definitely good enough that I would give another try.

Bottom line up front: 0.5 Michelin star restaurant without the service to match.
Great potential, great food. Great back of house, front of house needs help desperately. They had 2 people but needed 3-4 to be successful.
Service definitely could have been better. Service was slow because they only had two people front house for multiple tables (5x tables) and bar (5-10x people). Really enjoyed the food but the service had room to improve.
I think with an improvement in the service, the higher price point would be more acceptable.

The food here is tasty – the standouts, to me, are the hand rolls. Some of the “shareables” I could do without, like the cucumber salad and potato chips. Feels overpriced for what it is. The dumplings are yummy, too, but just keep in mind that it really feels like a tapas restaurant in that all of the plates are quite small. But the DRINKS! Those are where it’s at!!! They are so good and strong. Next time, I would just go to sit at the bar, have a drink or 2, and a hand roll or 2, and that’s it. Service is friendly, too.

This place is incredible. I love the concrete countertops and the other decor. The food is also top notch. Personal favorites were the cucumbers and lobster dumplings and rolls.

What a gem! The staff was so friendly and patient when we had questions about the menu. My table shared the cucumber salad, eggplant katsu chips and the bacon friend rice. I ended up getting several different hand rolls but my favorites were the hamachi with red curry and the salmon with kimchi. I love spicy flavors and these delivered. Everything tasted so fresh and the flavors were bright. Can’t wait to go back.

I regret not taking pictures of the food because every dish was as beautiful as it was delicious. We ordered the chicken and ginger dumplings, the filet mignon ramen, and two different hand rolls—everything was perfectly executed and bursting with flavor. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations.
We’ll definitely be back soon to explore more of the menu. Highly recommend!

I am so glad to have this branch open in Nyack after having loved the experience in Sparkill. Great veggie options: we loved the sweet potato and mushroom dumplings, the carrot hand rolls and the reinterpreted rice krispie treats!
