Went to Burger King. I’ve always been a fan of Burger King, but something was off on this trip. I pulled up around 1:00, and there was no line, which was odd. When I got to the drive-through speaker, the lady said to “wait one moment,” even though there was no one else in the drive-through. After about 3–4 minutes, she finally took my order.
I pulled up to the second window, paid, and was then told to pull forward to wait for my food, which I also thought was strange since there were no other cars in the drive-through or the parking lot. After a few more moments, I got my food and left.
Once I started eating, the fries didn’t taste right—they were mushy in the middle. Then I bit into the burger, and something was off with the bread. It had a weird taste, so I immediately stopped eating it. The whole meal just felt off. This is the first time I’ve ever thrown away an entire meal.
I even took a sip of my tea, and it tasted old and kind of sour. Overall, it was a very strange experience. Something needs to change at this location. The employees were super nice, but the food was definitely off and did not taste good at all.

I love the food here but it seems like they don’t get a lot of business. BK has a distinct taste that I love when craved for and you can always smell it in a distance. Hoping they don’t close down. Manager was great when I went inside.

The MANAGER and EMPLOYEES at the window were VERY!!! rude. For an already declining company to have some of the rudest employees says a lot about the business. She interrupted me multiple times when I was asking questions about my order because it was my first time ordering from them. She told us it was too late to use our app code to earn points on food, but did not ask at the window prior to us ordering. We chose else where to spend our money and you should too.

I was extremely disappointed. I expected to be missing items, an attitude at the window, my customized order to be wrong and no receipt to be presented with a smile.
Instead, there were pleasant staff, fast service and good fast food the way it used to be.

These reviews are a lie. This place absolutely sucks. Every time I come to this location my food has to be remade and when it is remade, ITS REMADE WRONG!! I use to didn’t trip but it’s like if you are paying for something, you want it to be made correctly! If not fresh ATLEAST made correctly. I am just sick of it fr.

I absolutely LOVE this Burger King, I always go after 5pm and my food is ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH. Customer service is great. The cashier, I believe her name is Dominique can move the drive thru. I was not in line too long.
