Went there for dessert last weekend after taking my wife to the Pour House for dinner. Incidentally, it may be of note that the same person that owns the Pour House also owns both Dairy Queens in Chillicothe.
I ordered two small chocolate cones + the size of the cones I was handed was borderline comical… And mind you the bill for these two cones was over $6. Nothing special, just a small chocolate cone x 2
A complete rip-off. I don’t know whether they’re telling these kids to purposely short people on the amount of ice cream they put on a cone but I for one will not be going back. Witts custard is a far better deal

It’s one thing or another every time I try this location. Today it’s the (almost $5 if you don’t get two) pretzel sticks. Not a single speck of salt, and wadded up looking. I took a bite not realizing and am throwing the rest away. The Dairy Queen’s in Chilllicothe are way more expensive than other locations close by (like circleville or South Bloomfield). For example, a mini blizzard in Chilllicothe is as much as a large at other locations. If you are going to charge more, your food and service shouldn’t be the worst out of all the locations around.

My family and I always love going to get a sweet treat here and there. When we do we expect to get what we pay for! This location used to be great. If I could give zero stars I would! The last several times we have gotten blizzards. Asked and paid for extra cotton candy in our blizzards. There have been maybe just a few pieces. The last time we actually brought it to their attention after several times of this happening. The “manager” said she measured it and it was in there. I assure you. It was not. Nor is it ever. She did nothing to resolve the issue and sent us on our way. Do better Dairy Queen. Your management is awful.

Great service, they listened to my little kids when they ordered and got the order right, food was all made fresh, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Probably the best Dairy Queen I’ve been to.

They were confused, management wore no hat, or hair net, but yet dug at their head then touched and served food? Management was more confused than the employees.. 10 employees, I was the only one in there, 20 minutes to get 2 blizzards, which ended up being wrong.

Waited for a half hour and they had no onion rings so I ordered fries. There were barely any in the box. Same with the chicken bites. Never again. $41.00 for almost empty containers.
