Check your food before you eat it. I mean, obviously you should always check your food, especially chicken but please remember when you’re here, especially. As for the service, we used the kiosk, which was cool but we didn’t get the sauces at all and we almost didn’t get the drinks. And the instructions the kiosk gives to listen for your name, pointless. They just call out what you ordered, so make sure you listen for that instead. And make sure you know your order or they’ll miss the things you ordered. I’d understand if it was busy, but we were the only order at the time. For being the noon hour, the place was dead so they really shouldn’t have had this many issues. They easily had time to cook the chicken properly. And rushed for no reason. I know it’s “Fast Food” but it’s only “Fast Garbage” if it’s inedible. The restaurant was mostly clean, as long as you wipe your table down before you sit.

I haven’t been to KFC, Arsenal Street Watertown, in awhile. Walking in the door I was a overwhelmed with the decor and welcoming feeling. It’s also spotless! There was only one individual working and he was pleasant considering the Drive Thru had a line. One customer at a time!

Absolutely no care attitude. You never see the same employees twice. Completely empty yet we are waiting for someone to come to the register. This is a company that completely doesn’t care. 3 customers left because the employees wouldn’t even come to the register.

Two of us dropped in to try their new spicy slaw wraps. They were decent, although messy to eat. They were pretty much falling apart. Definitely get sides, because the wraps are small. (Or get 2 wraps.) We had the mac and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy and buttermilk biscuits. All passed the taste test. The restaurant was clean and service was friendly.

The employees have an attitude problem. It says all meals come with a biscuit and they wouldn’t give me one. I used to get a nice bowl and now the chicken is disgusting. It doesn’t even taste good anymore. 10.00 per meal and it was supposed to be chicken not popcorn chicken. Half the size of the old potato bowl and it cost way more.

To think we were saying how the food at this location had gotten so much better. Spoke too soon! My apple bites were stone cold, hubby’s fries were cold, my chicken nuggets, some were the size of a nickle. Not happy at all! Sending pic, of course the pic makes them look bigger.
