While we were out sightseeing on a Sunday afternoon, we came upon this restaurant. What a find! The service, the atmosphere, the food, the drinks,all top notch! We had the Lobster Bisque Soup, Tossed Salad, with real blue cheese, and Chicken Tenders! Absolutely, one of the best meals we have ever had! Service was excellent! I wan to go back and have the scallops!

Came here for an early takeout lunch just as they were opening. The owners were very nice and quickly took my order. The food came out fresh and hot (well not the lobster roll but I ordered it cold. The lobster roll had a ton of meat. Highly suggest this restaurant! The lobster bisque was also very good

We ordered take out, so didn’t have the best pictures but the food is amazing. The steak marinade is so special and tasty. I wasn’t so sure about the pizza when I saw it, but it tastes great. The portion is also pretty generous.

We went to The Cabin Fever Restaurant for the first time this evening, and unfortunately, it will be the last time because they informed us that tonight was the last day before they closed their doors. I am very curious why they are closing because the food and service were amazing. We got the firehouse burger, lobster roll, the children got claim strips, and shrimp. We found it great that they had multiple seafood options in their kids’ menu. My wife and I loved that because it’s very rare to find seafood on the kids’ menuand when you do, it is usually fish and chips. Wished we found this cozy little spot sooner because we’d have come back again for sure.

Comfortable rustic atmosphere….really has some beautiful cabin decor. For the food, I recommend the seafood, which for us was generous portions of very fresh, expertly prepared and not greasy fried scallops and haddock.

Great ambiance… Really get a feel for cabin life in the mountains… Puts you in the mood for your vacation. Staff is friendly. Soup was forgotten, so came same time as the meal, which left items cold/soggy. Food is OK. Typical vacation faire/very casual dining. There is a bar, but family friendly environment.

The Lobster Bisque and Clam Chowder were terrific! My husband and I, being from Maine and Cape Cod, were surprised to find the BEST of ea we’d ever had if the mountains of New Hampshire! Also had the fried Sea Scallops… delicious! Only disappointment was the fried shrimp. Check this place out. It was more than we expected!

Found this place at the end of Bear Notch Rd. We were greeted and served by extremely friendly and courteous staff. We ate at an end table outside that was well away from others. While waiting for our food we watched them meticulously clean the other tables when people left…now for the good part. The food was amazing. Burgers were good but the clam strips rival the best we have had along the coast and their onion rings were the best I’ve ever had. We will definitely go out of our way to come back again when we are in the area in the future. Thank you for a great lunch!
