The customer service is slowly getting better. I came to inside this store a couple weeks ago and I remember my wait time being really long and the atmosphere was unlikeable so I stopped coming to this store. But then I came in a few days ago, and I got my drink in no time(and there was an actual line too so its not like the store was dead) and there were smiles throughout the store. I remember Katie and Maji in particular portrayed a more welcoming tone for me in comparison to the last time I was here so I really appreciate that!! Overall much better experience.

This location is good for the convenience of drive-thru and the customer service. The workers are always friendly and keep the drive-thru line moving. The main issue is that they don’t make drink orders correctly. This is the only locations I have been to that makes a sweet cream cold brew seemingly without any sweet cream. It looks like an iced coffee with splash of milk.
I would rather park my car and walk into a location that makes my drink correctly.

One of the only reasons why I like coming to this location is because of Mekdes. If I could give her 5 stars I would. She is the funniest and sweetest Barista I’ve known to date. She cares and it shows when she even asks about how my baby is doing. Otherwise, this SB location has a lot of young people working there now. This new generation of workers really needs to step it up with their customer service skills. Making direct eye contact and greeting customers politely goes a long way anywhere.

The customer service here so disregard customers. every time I order on the mobile app but today i order coffee Espresso shots at drive through the lady take my order and I said cần I have a 4 shots espresso maybe my English is not good because i am Vietnamese that’s why she don’t understand and she laugh me. mem isn’t funny when you service customers like that. so you need need to lean how to service customers. u have to respect customers and they respect u ok. when I get at the window to pick up my coffee and other lady she get mad when I complained the the lady take my order why she laugh me and she said u not regular customers here what i order coffee starbucks if u don’t close your mouth im not service you. what wrong with you. i drink coffee from Starbucks almost 10 year. What u mean u not regular customer here

The customer service here is extremely disappointing. They do not greet you at the drive thru. They just stick the payment machine out the window. As the customer it feels like you are doing the interactive customer service part of the job not the actual employees. The drinks are made wrong half the time. I informed them mine was wrong they made me a new one and I heard one of them say “ well if she doesn’t like it she can just leave” that’s very disappointing as most of us are paying 10.00 that’s allot of money. They walk away when you are talking. It’s very disheartening. I will no longer be going to this location.

The newly remodeled Starbucks is amazing. What a breath of fresh air this renovation made. The newly renovated space is clean, clear and inviting to its guest. If this is the new model for the rest of the Starbucks franchise, I love it.

All I wanted to do was use the restroom. This Starbucks should be able to let the customers use it I was getting coffee. Sigh will not be coming back ever to this one and am Starbucks member as well.

I love having a Starbucks less than a mile down the road. My husband and I order ahead for grab and go anytime we are going on a road trip or random weekend adventure. I know some people do not like the Starbucks roast…aka charbucks…but I like dark roast coffee; so it suits me just fine. I’m trying the different pistachio options lately, but I usually order either a basic latte or cold brew. My husband normally orders a cup of their darkest roast available at the time. The folks at this location are always kind to us and I definitely feel for anyone working in a fast paced food industry position, as the work is in demand, but often thankless. I appreciate how lucky we are to just place an order on an app and then show up and pick it up. Thanks for always providing a good experience!

Awful experience at this location. When I told the drive thru barista, Stefano (who is allegedly a shift manager), I’d placed my order on the app because I had several modifications, he snapped, “why can’t you order at the black box?” I explained why and he then went on to lecture me about the purpose of mobile orders and told me I’d messed up the queue and should drive around for 5 minutes and come back.
The app said the drink would be ready in 4 minutes and there was no line, no cars in front of me and one car behind me. I wasn’t holding anyone up and his tone was so condescending as if I’d landed from Mars and had no concept of placing an order in the drive thru or placing an order on the app (which I’ve been doing for over 10 years).
I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a regular paying customer, to the point I requested a refund. With that type of attitude I wouldn’t trust him making a drink for me. I’m a regular at another Starbucks where the baristas know me by name and treat people with respect.
Please consider enrolling Stefano in some type of customer service and soft skills training because he’s lacking in both. It’s a poor reflection of Starbucks and this stores leadership to entrust him as a shift manager. Please do better. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
