Overpriced and poor quality food. Cost us $32.66 ($16.33 per meal) for a 3-piece chicken strips with fries and a cheese burger with fries. Cheese burger only came with patty (texture tasted like a veggie or pork patty), cheese (not even melted), and bun…no mayo, onions, tomato, or lettuce. Chicken strips were over cooked and dry. Fries were cold. Mobile ordering was about as fast as waiting in line (15-20mins). Luckily we got in the mobile line as soon as we submitted our order or it would have been another 15 minutes of waiting. Had difficulties finding a place to sit and eat too. Eventually found a bench and just juggled our food on our laps. Bring your own food or find a local joint outside the park if you can.

This people are playing game with the people who paid in advance. I bought 4 food vouchers and spent $250 to get in to the park. Hundred of people on the line and only one cashier is working. We people are just helpless. I am requesting Hershey park management to do something. Just wasting money and time. The food is not good at all.

Avoid at all costs. Burger was walmart frozen patty quality. We watched them put the frozen patties on. Edible but not what you’d expect. No toppings. And slow as molasses. Mobile order – never do it. Was way late and even then, mass chaos. People taking other people’s orders. Hours wasted here, huge regrets.

A meal for 2 was a little over 50$, which it’s an amusement park so you don’t expect the food to be cheap or the food to be wonderful. BUTTTT you atleast expect it to be edible…. this was food extremely disappointing and honestly super hard to eat. I never write bad reviews but it was the worst food I have ever eaten in my whole life and I used to go to public schools and have had hospital food. It’s worse than that. Also for those saying it’s gluten friendly it’s not. They have a gluten free bun but the fries and everything else is not (a lot of cross contamination) . I would honestly skip this restaurant PLEASE it will save you trips from throwing up and running to the restroom.

The food here is always disappointing but it’s close to the exit and open later than some of the other food options so it’s an easy stop on your way out. They have a place next door that serves decent local beer options.

The place was a bit run down. The guy at the register was nice. The food was outrageously overpriced. $13ish for a burger, $6-7ish for cheese curds, and $5 for a drink. The cheeseburger was really gross. Someone mentioned school cafeteria food tasting, and that’s exactly it. The cheese curds were surprisingly tasty. If the cheeseburger and fries had been hot, I’m sure the taste would have been better. We did appreciate the variety of condiments. The tables were disgusting.

Food was able to be tolerated, but the service was utterly atrocious. First, they refused to give things that were clearly on the menu. when my dear friend was given a lunch that did not contain a water that he ordered, the cashiers baffled us by calling him a liar, and saying that he already stole a water, which might have been a racist remark. after a few minutes of bickering, she finally gave him the water that he spent his hard earned money on reluctantly. After that ordeal, This worker had the audacity to utter the words, AND I QUOTE, “ I dont get paid enough for this.” My friend left, after finally recieving the water he so rightfully deserved and ate his food, knowing that a worker didnt trust him, possibly because of his skin color. Furthermore, they completely misprounced every name that crossed their plane of view. I would not only suggest, but INSIST on not going to this POS establishment, unless you want to be disrespected and treated wrongfully due to the color of your skin. it was an absolutely horrible experience to have.

Not only they charge separate for the burger and fries, the food was cold and dry; the bun was hard. I love Hershey, everyone is always nice but not at this place. The food is definitely not worth it especially for the price. Food is very overpriced, $6 for some fries. Will definitely not go there and do not recommend. My 9 year old son said I should have given it zero stars, I wish I could.

I am amazed by the lack of efficiency that Hershey Park has with their food service. I get that the park gets busy. But to make folks wait 40 mins for food just to order is nuts. I waited to this happened again to post as I gave you two prior strikes, but all year you struggled to understand how to move people through a food line. Today a massive line and you only had one cashier and a bunch of folks in the kitchen barely moving. Where is the management here to understand what is going on? Does management here event understand this concept. I truly don’t believe that Hershey entertainment understands what to do. I welcome someone from management to contact me, as I want to fix this and not just complain. Thank you. Concerned season pass holder.
