Pooja is the best and on top of the service. She was very sweet and professional. The food is hot, fresh, delicious and flavorful. My go to is chicken tikka masala with garlic naan bread.

Overall a good experience!

We visited as a group of four and ordered three entrées: Vegetable Kadai, Chicken Kadai, and Dal Makhani. The food was impressive, especially the Dal Makhani, which was rich and flavorful, and the Chicken Kadai, which was cooked perfectly. The naan and rice were also spot on. They served authentic Indian cuisine, and we appreciated that they made the entrées spicy just the way we requested. Also, the quantity of each dish was sufficient to feed 1.5-2 adults.

Our server was very welcoming, and the ambiance of the restaurant was warm and pleasant. I would happily return if I am in Pigeon Forge. Overall, I would rate this place highly and would gladly visit again.

Taste of India is honestly one of the **best restaurants in the entire Tennessee area**! I’ve always loved exploring traditional foods from different parts of the world, and I must say this meal was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. The flavors, presentation, and warmth of the service all came together perfectly, making it a memorable dining experience.

We ordered **chicken biryani, chicken lollipops, lamb chops, and three more biryanis at the hot spice level**, and every single dish was absolutely delicious. The biryani was rich and flavorful, the meat was tender and perfectly cooked, and the spices were just right — hot but full of taste, not overpowering. The chicken lollipops were crispy and juicy, and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection with authentic Indian seasoning. You could really tell that the chefs know what they’re doing and care about the quality of every plate they serve.

The **service** was friendly and attentive, and the **prices** were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received. It’s also worth mentioning that they **offer a discount if you pay by cash**, which is a nice little bonus! The restaurant has **plenty of parking space**, and it’s clean, spacious, and welcoming — great for both family dinners and casual outings with friends.

Since they’ve only **recently opened**, I want to say this: please don’t believe any of the fake or negative reviews floating around. Every new restaurant needs time to settle in, and Taste of India is already doing a fantastic job. The food, service, and overall atmosphere were all wonderful.

If you’re craving **authentic Indian flavors**, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon and recommending it to everyone I know. Thank you, Taste of India, for giving me one of the best meals of the day!

Don’t second guess your decision to go here. The Tikka Masala was full of so much flavor! The Naan was soft and warm. This is comfort food and the amount of food is a good portion. My boyfriend’s Mango Curry was also excellent. It was a very relaxing environment as well. I highly recommend coming here to experience it yourself.

This is the 2nd time here and it was as good or better than last time(May 2025). We live in FL and have a condo in Sevierville. This is a must stop eatery when we come. Friendly and clean.

Absolutely amazing experience! We loved everything from start to finish. The biryani was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor, the butter chicken was rich, creamy, and cooked to perfection. The garlic naan bread was fresh, soft, and the perfect complement to every dish.

And those sweet ball-looking desserts (Gulab Jamun!) — wow! Warm, soft, and soaked in sweetness… the perfect ending to a fantastic meal.

Every bite was delicious, the flavors were authentic, and the whole experience was above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone who loves great food and bold flavors. We will definitely be back! ✨

I had a FABULOUS experience. I came in at 9pm by myself, randomly craving some curry and Pooja provided amazing service— she was so kind. The food was hot, fresh, flavorful, quick- the atmosphere was eclectic. I got the Mango chicken curry that’s served with basmati rice, an order of Garlic naan & Kashmiri naan- both were amazing. I also tried the chicken lollipops as an appetizer, but it was the Mango Kulfi was the star of the show— THE best. Then I left with a Mango Lassi to-go and it was also divine. But the Mango Kulfi is a MUST MUST.

Worst restaurant in entire USA. Less quantity and worst quality. I suggest not to go. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had in the U.S. The food portions were ridiculously small for the price, and the quality was absolutely Disappointing. Everything tasted stale and poorly prepared. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, and the overall cleanliness of the place was questionable. Definitely not worth the time or money. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant if you care about good food or decent service.”

We got goat vindaloo level 2 and Dahl tadka at a zero level, tandoori roti and garlic Naan both hot fresh and samosa crispy and hot and fresh. Atmosphere literally A TASTE OF INDIA as soon as u walk in to the water served in the metal cups. Love love these cups.
As usual service is great. My new go to when we visit gatlinburg, pigeon forge etc.
