We used Donatos as our Wedding dinner. The delivery was on time despite the first snow of the season hitting and the long winding driveway of the wedding venue. Everything was amazing. Communication throughout the whole process was also smooth.

We ordered a veggie pizza, a chicken bacon ranch sub, a hot chicken sub, & wings. The chicken bacon ranch was to have no tomato & it was loaded with tomato. We asked for it to be remade & brought back out at 6pm at almost 9pm we still never received it. The very pizza was doughy. Horrible food & we will never be ordering from here again as they didn’t want to make it right. Driver said he brought it out & gave it to us. We have a ring doorbell he never came back with it & we have proof. Lies lies & more lies. When i ordered food that wasn’t fit for a dog & so then because I work i had to go to bed with no dinner because they took so long & never got it here. Thanks a lot Donatos I hope u enjoy your new building cause with food like this u won’t be able to keep that building.

I had a very poor experience at Donatos Pizza. The pizza was burnt on the bottom and cold when I got it, which made it taste dry and unpleasant. For the price, I expected something fresh and hot. Unfortunately, I’ve had frozen pizzas that tasted better than what was served here. I won’t be rushing back after this experience

All the reviews I see are from 9 months ago or more. Since before the move. Before the move, the food was better – they had fountain drinks. Now they have a bigger place with more employees but the pizza wasn’t as good. They had no fountain drinks. I was told “It’s getting pretty expensive”. Yes, yes, your a dine in business, your pizza is the most expensive and I wanted a expensive fountain drink. Way to spend your customer’s money. What I think they meant was it is getting expensive to have a fountain machine. Well great, watch your drink purchases plummet. I was dine in and I got my pizza in a box. I am a tidy person by nature. The box doesn’t fit in the trash can. That is just poor design. It is not lost on me that the opening is small to stop people from throwing out the metal dine in pans. Okay, well then make sure you have enough for each table. They were busy, it was the night before Valentines Day, but they had more the twice the employees then they used to. The owner/manager man was standing there a line formed. With a second register there. We will just go get cheaper pizza at Pizza Hut right down the road and have our fountain drinks too.

Pizza taste like frozen pizza id buy at Kroger. There is no hospitality I felt very rushed the style of pizza sucks very underwhelming. I think Ohio pizza places need to find they’re own spot for pizza because if this is what they call pizza it’s a disgrace.

I ordered the cauliflower crusted pizza with cheese and green peppers, and it was awful. I’ve had it before and was pleased but this time, not so much. I picked it up right on time, and it looked like it had been sitting there for an hour. I was so disappointed. The order taker put me on hold 3 times without explanation, and rather than waiting on customers, she decided to go to the back of the house to chat with an employee. Smh

We tried them for the first time last night and ordered ahead online. They accidentally forgot the pepperoni on our pizza and were quick to remake it (before we even got there) and gave a discount, along with both pizzas! They were some of the freshest and tastiest pizzas we’ve ever had! 5 star experience for sure. If we’re back down here again, we’ll definitely be sure to stop by once more!

On the expensive side when it comes to pizza but it’s consistently high quality and tasty. Always done on time. So they got five stars with one tiny complaint. Every time I order a Hawaiian pizza I order extra pineapple. Other places would what? Double the pineapple. Not once have they gotten that right and considering they charge for the extra topping it is awfully cheap of them to give little to no extra… Not the end of the world but I’m sure it doesn’t only happen to me. They’re racking up the bucks while not providing what it’s being paid for. One may even call that stealing from their customers. Though I would never go that far. I’m sure they’ll correct it simply because it’s the right thing to do. Other than that. Not bad at all. Service only got three stars because they use some terrible off site calling center and the reps are pretty annoying. Restaurant staff’s service itself seems great.

Donato Pizza hqs the best Caprese salad. It is served cold, well balanced mix of ingredients served your choice of dressings. I love the Balsamic Vinegar dressing. At this time we ordered the pizza calzone and a 2 topping choice chicken and mushroom. The crust was beautifully brown, thin crispy crust with a side of tasty sauce. The sauce was a tomato based sauce with a lovely tang to it that was rather satisfying to the palate. Yum, Yum, Yummy . I’ve never had a bad sad pizza or salad from Donatos. ❤❤❤
