Worst Popeyes in Baton Rouge. They never have what’s on the menu available. Take 20-30 min to get through the drive through. And have served undercooked chicken multiple times.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with the new Megan the Stallion hot sauce and a 4 piece spicy with fries. Every thing tasted awesome including the new sauce. Did not get any fries though. I ordered a large side of their delicious red beans and rice so that may have caused confusion. Over all still good experience and service was friendly.

But the outer external was clean.
Seating area was clean.
Internal area near the kitchen wasn’t very clean.
There was water and debris on the floor even the chicken in a bags wasn’t properly storage and some was uncovered.

I ordered two macaroni large sizes from popeyes. They gave me two smaller containers than the normal size I used to have. On top of that, a cup of macaronis was missing or nearly a cup of macaronis was missing. That is unacceptable. I tried to call the store twice and no one answered. The cost along with the taxes was 15 plus dollars.

The drive thru is always a long wait like I been line for 45 minutes literally . I don’t understand it at all … throw the whole Popeyes away literally. Never come back . Golden chicken down the street has much better service I will be going there more often now 🙂

This has to be the worst and nastiest popeyes in Baton Rouge! The drive thru wait is always over 45 min, even if there’s only 1 car ahead of you! Today was the last day i will ever go there! I walked in and the lobby was so nasty and infested with gnats flying everywhere!! The garbage inside smelled horrible. The trash can in the lobby was leaking smelly liquid and the floors in the kitchen area were so dirty! I walked in and walked out! I didn’t even place an order! This place is gonna make someone seriously ill.
