My husband was really craving steak. This place was a compromise. We picked it up and it smelled our whole car up with the smell of fried food. (Not in a good way) The steak was tough and a little fatty, but you get what you pay for. It was inexpensive and came with rice and a salad. It’s probably worth the price. We selected the chimichurri sauce, which I would choose something else. The soy sauce on the rice was good. My husband liked the salad with lilikoi dressing. We also ordered some truffle fries which were kind of cold but thin the way I like them. We ordered on-line and somehow got into some Grub Hub system which didn’t show all of the menu options. I would look at a menu on-line and call the store directly to place your order.

Got this combo for my lunch today. Steak and garlic chicken, pretty tender steak and garlicky chicken with fresh kale leaf salad. I suggest some shredded cabbage bed under chicken rather than rice. Also if they cut steak cross grain, it might be more tender. Tasty lunch, I will try another combination!

Ordered for the first time a few nights ago. The MRS had the Loco Moco and I had the combo plate of steak and lemon chicken. Prices are reasonable and pretty par for the course. Only complaint is the food was not as hot as expected. I had the distinct impression that the dinners sat around for a little while while a driver was found going from Kailua to Kaneohe. The gravy for the loco moco was a bit different than what you normally find. It left the impression of a Jaeger inspired onion gravy. All in all would order again.

Fantastic marketing but terrible food. From the pictures of the food on the menu, all of our mouths were watering. Even though they have 2 or 3 meat plates, they do not allow you to do double anything (no double steak for example). Between 4 people we had a mixture of steak, garlic chicken, garlic shrimp, steak salad, smoked meat, and butter garlic fries. The fries were the best part, the garlic chicken was soft and had good flavor, the steak though was tough and chewy, the smoked meat was a mystery meat with a chemical taste, the shrimp was OK but all the flavor is on the shell and legs, and the steak salad tasted like soggy bark. Try at your own risk and have low expectations, you might be surprised

Tried this the first time last night. Completely surprised! This place is delicious and AFFORDABLE! I didn’t care too much for the shrimp because I don’t like having all the legs and shells on it. But the stakes are ONO, the chicken is ono . The prime rib dinner Deal plate is the Best value for a delicious steak I have seen since I moved here.
The fried rice is a perfect change of Fried Rice and probably the best fried rice on the island. They have the kimchi salad that blew me away. I cannot RAVE enough about this place. The only thing is on their online menu, they don’t tell you that they have a “choose your own bowl” option. Ask about that when you call in.

Food was ok, better spots around. The review is because after ordering $70+ of food and some drinks, I asked for a plastic cup of ice for my Hawaiian Sun drink I had. She, Ms. Mar, told me they had no cups. When I pointed to the plastic cups the she told me they were only for beer so I couldn’t have one…

Stopped by late on a Sunday, the fact that these guys are open till 10pm is wonderful. The burrito is bomb and a good value at 8.99 it is plenty of food to fill you up. Will try the steak plate some other time for sure!
