We went for a surprise birthday party at 8:00 p.m. The service was wonderful. The lady was polite. She was courteous. She gave recommendations all around. Wonderful experience! What was below par for four of us, the food we got ( 3 burgers and a steak) was subpar. We had heard really good reviews from the friends who have attended and was expecting better than what we had. The burgers were cooked right medium, just very bland. I think one out of three burgers had flavor and was well put together. My son complained of his steak. He requested medium rare, It was more of a medium he said it really lacked flavor. In fact, he was not impressed and ended up letting his younger sister eat it in which she complained it lacked flavor and was not like the steaks we cooked at home. Did enjoy the pretzel and one of our friends got the meatloaf and it looked amazing.

Unprofessional management and refusal to take accountability.
After a simple order error, the person in charge gaslit me about the ingredients. After I received an exchange, she intentionally caught my eye and aggressively “spiked” the returned food into the trash to provoke a reaction.
A verbal confrontation occurred.
When I returned the second meal. Because of her hostile behavior, I was concerned about the integrity of the food and whether it had been tampered with. I requested a refund, she refused to provide one. I was the one who requested the police be called to document the situation and the denial of the refund.
Instead of de-escalating her own mistake, she used a trespass ban to avoid accountability. I would recommend avoiding this location until management is retrained in basic professional decency.

Spent $30 tonight for dinner. I ordered three soft tacos supremes, received two of them and the third was all sour cream and meat. Didn’t receive our pintos and beans, and our bean burrito. I then waited for ten minutes for the manager to acknowledge that I was standing there just for him to say they would fix it in which gave me a burrito supreme instead of the bean burrito.Food was cold. Just ordered using the app. Order was technically right. The Doritos locos tacos were flat AF. Pics attached. Not only that, they were cold and not in the cardboard thing that keeps them from getting flattened. If they had the appropriate amount of stuff in them, they wouldn’t have been so bad. Chicken quesadilla was nearly empty. There was zero mild sauce on the premises, I asked. I shouldn’t complain because it’s taco Bell and the bar is very low for them to begin with. $30 for a colon cleanse isn’t bad tho. I never go here, but the kids like it on occasion. For a place that I had super low expectations for, they still managed to let me down. Flat AF tacos. Flat. Tape measure to show flatness.

I have tried to eat at taco bell 3 times this month. In drive thru between 9p-11p each time. Twice they said they was only accepting credit or debit they couldn’t accept cash. WHAT!!! makes absolutely NO since. The last time they talked so fast and said something about move forward if I was picking up order . And that the lobby is always open if I want to come inside. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The tacos are supposed to be meat, cheese, and rice. There was very little cheese and rice. I doubt there was even a teaspoon on rice on each taco. I paid $13.00, which included a donation roundup for four tacos. The rice alone was $1.60 for what appeared to be 1 tablespoon of rice all together on four tacos.

Not sure this is exactly how this is supposed to be cut . Also ordered a cheese quesadilla that has little to no cheese. I think who ever was working was having a crappy evening or they just don’t care. Either way be more professional.
