Raising Cane’s Chicken fingers, while they sound and seem as though they’d have good chicken, it is quite the opposite of that. On February 4, 2026 I would make my way into Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers with low expectations from the start. While the atmosphere and service was exceptional, the food was disappointing.
I was at first drawn in by the delicious aroma that filled the room when I entered, not only that, but when I looked around to view the food that was on other’s plates, I found myself pleasantly surprised by the quality of appearance and appetizing appeal to the eyes and nose; my expectations were were heightened by this first impression.
When you first get in line to order, do not be fooled by the seemingly large prices, while their food is overpriced by a lot for small quantities, they actually just factor the entire price of a full meal into the order, so it comes out to what most other fast food places would be (the service is great as mentioned before, employees are very cordial).
After waiting, I found myself carrying my food to a table rather quickly, further enforcing the exceptional service comment I had made. On first impression, the food seemed amazing, and as I had begun to nibble at the toast in fries, I found myself pleasantly surprised by their quality, especially the Cane’s sauce, which is excellent, top 10 sauces I would argue. The honey mustard here is not so good, however, and when I started to eat the chicken, I was very displeased and disappointed by the lack of flavor entirely and its partial sogginess, not living up to the quality that others have praised it to be.
So if you are asking yourself whether you want to go to Cane’s, don’t just take my word for it, but the many other reviews who will similarly exclaim their dissatisfaction or enjoyment of the food. Based on my experience, however, I would urge you to avoid coming here if you want a good meal, lest ye are to want good toast and fries, just go Chick – fil – A which is across the way.

September 5th my brother and I stopped in for the famous Canes fingers this was my first time having Canes and I love the simplicity of this place, focus on minamal foods and master the craft fingers were lightly breaded, seasoned without being overly salty, juicy as heck and tender as one could only hope for and the fries were delicious too the bread was unbelievably soft, crunchy and knocked my socks off great

Way overpriced for what you get. Not a whole lot of options to choose from. Granted the chicken is good and the sauce. Why charge more for a small container of the sauce? When placing order, the associate yells out your order to the kitchen. Should be a better way of doing that. It’s okay!

Basic white people chicken, almost 0 seasonings in the batter but the sauce was alright. You shouldn’t need sauce to make your chicken good though. But it was moist I’ll give it that, the best thing in my meal was the toast. Service was at least fast and the staff friendly.

Food was great tasting, definitely hot and fresh. I had about a 15 min. drove home and once I got home to eat the chicken was still juicy and not dry like common other chicken restaurants. Definitely highly recommend for a quick cheap good stating bite to eat.

Very disappointed with the rude drive through worker I experienced on 12/30. The rudeness started off when I pulled up to order when I was just asking questions about getting a large order. When she got my sauces mixed up she tried to make me pay for them but i refused as it wasn’t my mistake. She basically threw them at me and didn’t say a word. I would be ashamed of this behavior towards customers.

We arrived at a good time (before 5 pm). Shortly after, more people arrived to place orders. When we got there and when we received our orders, the cashier was very personable. I hope she doesn’t lose that upbeat attitude; food service can get pretty demanding and harsh.
We got two Box Combos and one 3 Finger Combo. All of us found the chicken to be delicious; a crispy coating over some tender, juicy chicken. The fries were pretty crispy with a decent amount of salt. The lemonade? Tangy and sweet, definitely a cut above most lemonade sold at fast food restaurants. The Cane’s Sauce definitely stood out giving impressive flavor to the chicken and fries (even toast if you had any left by then).
If you want to get your order quickly, arrive early. That place gets busy fast. In terms of food quality, I’d say Chick-Fil-A has some competition.

This was an amazing experience with tender and juicy breast meat chicken tenders and super and amazing service and tasty sweet tea. This is something not to miss and it’s much better than other chicken tender places you could go. The service is excellent and fast and efficient and it’s a great place to visit easily more than once. Is it perfect? No. But it has room to grow and I’ll be going back again for sure. The quality is 100% on the food and it’s a clean place and with clean bathrooms and just overall five stars
