We order from this Taco Bell a lot and often things are forgotten but we just have learned to check the order before we leave the parking lot so we can fix the problem quickly. Never has quality been an issue because we get what is expected….fast food. But today, I ordered a chicken flatbread melt without the sauce…so basically cheese and chicken on the flatbread folded over and melted. There was nothing melted about it, it was cold. The contents of the flatbread were sparse and falling out into the bag amongst the other items ordered.

Every time I order from this location we play what’s missing out my bag this time! Or they are out of boxes and cup holders so much I keep cup holders in my car not only that I swear when I do get some boxes I’m going to hold them so I can give them to the workers to reuse… well last night the just lied they didn’t have no boxes how did I find out well they for got two chalupas so I had to go back and get them low and behold there was boxes after the gave me all my food in a bag and my wife had to figure out what belongs to who.. I have pics cause it’s getting ridiculous…

Make sure you check your order before you leave because they can not read the order the save their life. Maybe if they turned down the music in the kitchen then they could focus a bit more. We ordered a vegetarian option In which they loaded beef into and we didn’t realize until almost halfway through. This place declined a refund and recommended that I select another option and dispute with my bank. Terrible management.

I don’t often eat at Taco Bell, but was meeting someone here for an online purchase. I decided to go in and grab a drink and maybe something to eat. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the restaurant was and was even more surprised at the level of service. I was greeted when I came in, was waited on immediately and the young lady behind the counter was friendly and polite. Great experience and if I find myself in the area again, will definitely stop in.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars in service is because we usually receive fairly friendly service from the employee working the window. Other than that, this location is continually a disappointment. We’ve paid for “extras” and, on more than one occasion, not received the extras we paid for. It’d be one thing if every single thing wasn’t an add-on of typically $0.60 or more, but come on. That adds up, and to not get what you paid for is aggravating. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra while to go to the location off of 21.

I ordered from this Taco Bell and was really disappointed. They forgot to give me my sauces and also didn’t include the side of sour cream I specifically asked for. Even though the burrito already comes with sour cream inside, I still wanted an extra side, and it wasn’t given. It may seem small, but it makes a big difference in the order being right.

Got four supreme crunchy tacos. They were ice cold and one was missing sour cream completely. Also ordered nacho fries and was not given cheese. How are they nacho fries without the cheese. Worst Taco Bell experience.
