Want to know why Pizza Hut is failing. They are sending out burnt pizza with no sauce or cheese. This pizza was awful. I called and complained the sent out another pizza that was a little less awful. I love Pizza Hut but tonight was enough not to order again.

Last time ordering from this Pizza Hut. This was this locations 3rd chance before I left a review. Do you guys not have any cheese? @pizzahut is a corporation and they have set standards for amounts of ingredients per item to keep it the same throughout its locations. The last 3 times, I have ordered the same thing. Breadsticks and a pan cheese pizza. Breadsticks are always ok not great, cheese pizza has maybe a sprinkle of cheese on it, and they want 3$ fo EXTRA CHEESE?! What the hell is extra cheese if you don’t give any cheese at all. There is a term for shaving ingredient amounts in order to improve profits through cost cutting….. FRAUD. Also, I’m pretty sure they make a bunch of pan cheese pizzas in a row just in case because my pan pizza they said “just came out of the oven” was not hot. It wasn’t cold but it wasn’t even warm. I picked it up 15 minutes after I ordered it, ate it as soon as I got home, and I live less than a mile away.

I was so impressed with Sarah’s customer service skills and management skills. When I picked up my order, it was incorrect, I orxered chicken sausage and it was grilled chicen. I was frustrated cause tge lication by by job was closed and I drove accross town, the order was wrong and I was on a time cruch for my lunch break. Sarah reviwed the reciept that printed out and in the system, they both said chicken and did not identify either. I assured her I ordered correctly and re-ordered on my ownto show her. She already said she would make me anotber an identified a system error. While waiting 3 people came in to pick up orders, thats when I realized she waa the onky one working, making food, managing the register, online orders and answering questions. She never git frustrated and when oeople came she had the orders ready. She never got frustrated, she waa just managing. She took the time to great everyone and was polite and professional. I left with a smile cause of her committment.

The place was so outdated. Booths were ripped. You have to go to the register to see the menu, which doesn’t even have prices. At one point while we were sitting down, it smelled of cigarettes like someone just lit one up. On top of all that, my kid puked an hour after we got home and all through the night!! So needless to say we will never eat Pizza Hut again.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE…
THE FOOD HERE SUCKS
My wife treated myself and the kids to a late lunch and the experience was just horrible
We purchased three stuffed crust pizzas
One with pepperoni
One plain
One with pepperoni and banana peppers
A double order of breadsticks
The pizzas had indentations where the pizza cutter went through
HOWEVER THE PIZZA WAS NOT CUT
IT WAS HARD AS A ROCK THERE WAS HARDLY ANY TOPPINGS ON THE FOOD
THE BREADSTICKS WERE GOD-AWFUL JUST AS BAD AS THE PIZZA
Everyone knows I’m the Pittsburgh pizza go too guy and I got to tell you
“DON’T GO HERE”
I WOULD NOT SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS PLACE…

I have ordered before a couple times but had picked it up but this time was delivery never had a issue before me and my husband ordered delivery tonight and this is what we got I ordered bbq wings this is what they looked like I ordered a medium hand tossed pizza the pieces were so small when I first opened the box i thought it was a personal pan pizza!! Also the delivery driver was nice and apologized but said he had to go back to the restaurant because he forgot the food?? total with delivery fee tip and food came to around 32$ not worth it at all don’t know if I should order again because the times I picked my food up were alot better!

I hate this location. They are never open and in the rare occasion they might be then delivery is “unavailable”. They never answer the phone if you try to call.

I order from here often and usually there isn’t any error with my order. However, the other day, I ordered 2 large and got 1 large 1 medium. But I paid for 2 large. So I got robbed I guess? If I were a few dollars short, would u still give me large or would u readjust my order based on my funds? Moral of story is, u won’t let me get away without paying therefore please don’t short change me by giving me less than what I PAID for. My kids like the pizza, not me…
