Local..clean..friendly staff. Good selections on the menu. Fair prices. Waitress checked on us often. Food prepared to order. Had breakfast horseshoe and lunch horseshoe..good amount of food and it’s was wonderful! Will go back to try other appealing items on the menu.

Felt uneasy walking into a facility that had no people of color they looked at us with the upmost disgust like we were unwelcome the worker didn’t even acknowledge we were there we had to ask for menus and the waiter rudely handed us a menu said nothing as soon as we were getting ready to just seat our self she then proceeds to ask for here or to go like we couldnt sit down at a table and order like everybody else we didn’t even order we just left. You can feel it in your spirt when your ancestors are warning you what’s ta come. I didn’t even look back just kept running.

Hamburger is one of the best around. It tastes like when my grandmother made me a burger. Their hamburger horseshoe is amazing. The cheese sauce actually has flavor. Their sweet tea is super sweet, just the way I like it. Reminds me of the good old southern sweet tea of my youth. Breakfast is always good here as well. If you are wanting something classy this isn’t the place for you. It is the local dive joint that has good service and great food. Some might say it is a bit pricey, but you can’t have everything.

This place had great food! We came here for breakfast. You get lots of food and great prices. The server went above and beyond. My coffee was never empty. She even gave my little the long receipts ever, hence the picture.

I’ve always wanted to stop here, and I wasn’t disappointed when I did. As the name says, Jim’s is a family restaurant, a place you stop for a good, home-cooked style meal. I chose the chopped sirloin steak, which comes with either fries or mashed potatoes and one side. I selected the mashed potatoes and a bowl of applesauce. The steak was large, at least three-quarters of an inch thick and over 5 inches in diameter. The potatoes were fresh and of good consistency. It’s a great meal that tastes good and fills you up. The staff was friendly and attentive and seemed genuinely concerned that you were enjoying your food. I’ll be back.

The food is ok, I can’t speak too much on it as I’ve only tried a few menu items & probably will not be back to try anymore. The waitress was incredibly rude & acted as if they don’t want customers. We showed up an hour & 20 minutes prior to their closing time & they acted as if we showed up a minute before close. We felt rushed, unwanted, & like the waitress was just so put out by us. It was instant rudeness the second we walked into the door. They close at 2pm. I walked in at 12:40pm in a party of 3. We didn’t order much either & tried to order quick items because of how she rolled her eyes at us even being there. Another customer came in a little after us & was treated the same way. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe this isn’t the norm but it made us feel so awkward that we won’t come back. I would not recommend at this point. This is only 1 of 3 bad reviews I’ve ever left in my life.
