Super busy location… a long wait time which was a good way to make time before my appointment at the County Clerk’s office. Coffee and my son’s latte were pretty good. It is unfortunate that tables are not available for people who are actually consuming Starbucks’ products instead of being pretentious on a laptop… there should be a 20 minute max time.

If I could rate worse I would. The time stamp says 3:32. I’m writing this review at 4 o’clock sharp. Took me 30 minutes to get 2 standard menu drinks and a cake pop. As a former Starbucks barista myself, I’m extremely understanding however it was not busy. It was not packed. Upon observation, baristas were definitely making drinks to the Starbucks training standard but there is absolutely no sense of urgency. Will not be returning to this Starbucks location unless I need to waste time (unlikely)

Great drinks ( I love coffee) . I always encounter great service, the Barista’s are always friendly and polite. Sometimes the atmosphere is crowded, sometimes it’s perfect ( for me). I enjoy it.

Had a great experience coming to this location again after years of living out of town. The morning crew, especially the young lady that was helping me with my mobile order @5:40am, went above and beyond trying to accommodate me (I had to get on the train on time) and my girlfriend who was trying to get to work on time. They are really friendly and do their best! What people do not understand is that this is a very big hot spot because of the convention center and the IRS and other clothes businesses and companies so that is why they are always busy but I understand you pay a lot for your dream so make sure you are patient because sometimes it is a wait and sometimes it will get it out quick!

The location was really nice. Friendly employees. I order a dragon fruit with coconut milk but they did not have the color pink for the drink so they give me a bigger size for the inconvenience. The drink taste the same. Great place to sit and to have meetings. The parking lot was only a few minutes away so it was perfect .
