2 yums up and Alissa our wait person was excellent. It was so blustery and cold so I got Zuppa Toscana and Chicken Margherita. That soup is a wonderful comfort food and just delicious! The chicken is a favorite as I’m on a lower calorie and carb diet. After that naughty potato and cream soup (I shared with hubby), I only ate a quarter of it. Perfect late lunch on a cold day.
Kudos to Alissa who made us a fresh pot of coffee and was just the right amount of both efficiency and attention.
PS
Hubby got salads and the salmon dinner. It was fine, but mine was wayyyy better!

It was my great uncle’s first time there. I was a little surprised we didn’t get informed of more information by our server, but seemed that he may have been new. The food was great! I did have to ask for lemons 4 times before they were brought to the table. And I love that they have a Gluten free pasta option! I was able to have Alfredo with the GF noodles. The steak Alfredo was amazing, but next time I will order without the balsamic drizzle. It over powered the Alfredo sauce. The sausage potato soup was fabulous , the bread, and definitely if you like sweet wine..try the watermelon Moscato sangria. That was delicious! It is noisy and quite busy. Went around noon, but was provided a booth within a few minutes. The restroom is a far walk from the front for those with canes or walking issues. Just an FYI. Overall, I always do love Olive garden since they jave GF options. Expect to pay $$, but worth it. Sucks if you dont get a good server, but tip your own way accordingly

Our Server Lilly is amazing. “When youre here youre family” she took it to a whole new level. She’s so sweet and made sure that we had everything we could need the whole way through our meal I couldnt and wouldn’t ever ask for a better server. She deserves server of the year award lol. The food was amazing as well best restaurant experience we’ve had in years. Thank you Lilly!!!!

Olive garden in general always great, I was told this location was new so of course I had visit, took my family here and we all enjoyed it. Plenty of space all around outside and in, it made waiting for a table pleasant, my kids were able to run around without getting into other people way. Our server was great, professional and genuine. Sadly I can not remember who it was.

Great service! This is a very popular place in Brooksville, since it’s the newest restaurant in town. We went on Father’s day without a reservation so we had a long wait, so we got a couple of drinks from th while we waited. We also went back on a week night, still busy, we sat at the bar and ate. We had great service each time. Food was great!

On 11/30/25 at 03:30 4 of us attempted to try the Olive Garden in Brooksville for a 2nd time. The 1st time we waited for 30 minutes to get cold low-quality food and service. Today 4 of us tried to give them a 2nd chance. As we walked up to the entrance a female appeared to be leaving held open the door. As I looked back, I noticed she had a computer tablet and worked for Olive Garden. Her demeaner was as if she didn’t want to be there, not a smile or welcome she said nothing. As we went in a young female who appeared to be the hostess who did smile and asked how many escorted us to a table close to the entrance. Before we sat down, I asked her if we could sit in a booth as we have a 5-year-old with us. The female who was seating us asked the poor attitude female that held the door open with the tablet if we could have a booth and she lied and said “no, we have no booths available”. She never looked at the tablet to check. We sat at a table close to the entrance which was seen by numerous Olive Garden staff walking past us, even the hostess seating other customers. Over 7 minutes go by sitting watching Olive Garden Staff walk past us with no one noticed us not having drinks. The restaurant was not busy, all the tables around us were empty and as you can see in the photo out of 9 booths in one area 6 were empty. At this point being lied to by the miserable female holding the door open and not getting any service we decided to leave and not risk the bad food as we already received poor service. I took my phone to a female manager and showed her the stopwatch was at 7 plus minutes with no service which I started timing after 3 minutes. I told the manager about no service and the poor attitude of the female holding the door and how she lied about no available booths. Like another review stated New Port Richey Olive Garden is better.

I’ve been here so many times but this last time i came the service was absolutely amazing! My server was Jordan. Best attitude ever. My service is always just fine and this time was just the best. We all know when the service is amazing it makes the food 10 times better!!!!! I cannot express how he made our visit so amazing he seriously needs a raise for how great his service is. He doesn’t get enough appreciation, especially by his manager Jason…. When i expressed how amazing Jordan was to jason … he just dismissed him and every compliment i gave Jordan. So i came on here to Express my gratitude about Jordan. We need more jordan’s in the world.

The quality of the fazule soup wasn’t all that it was like to be. The salad was alien and carelessly made and served. We found it inedible

Went for lunch last weekend and we were not disappointed. Lisa, our server, was fantastic. The food is what you’d expect from Olive Garden. I had the ‘Tour of Italy’ and she had.. something pasta, but we both enjoyed what we ordered thoroughly and the portions were generous enough to take some home for later. The Chocolate Cake for dessert was far better than it had any right to be, absolutely delicious.
