Have been here three times in the past month and the service is so ridiculously slow it seems to be intentional. Unless you have about 30 minutes (I ordered a single burger two times and two burgers one time) do not come here. I would have taken pictures of frustrated, bewildered people sitting in the store or in the driver-thru, but figured that would be rude.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at a Burger King and I’ve tried them multiple times. Tonight we had to wait 25 minutes for four hamburgers and four sundaes. There was one person cooking in the back, going as slow as molasses, and one person upfront, who was absolutely no help whatsoever. The manager apparently was sitting in the office, ignoring the whole thing, and there was another person out on a break. He just watched things stacked up. If you want fast service do not go to this Burger King.

We just spent 25 minutes waiting for food. Went through the drive through and they asked us to park in front. We did and someone delivered our food to the wrong car. We realized it when we saw him go back in. My husband followed and the counter staff tried to just take the bag from the other man and give it to my husband like here’s your order. Excuse me, no. Someone else had their hands in this we aren’t eating it. No apologies, just my husband demanding they remake the food. Not worth the time.

First time coming through here on my way home my son wanted a burger before we left for home and we waited a good 30 minutes just to be helped. We got up to the drive thru and the guy said we will be with you in a moment then waited another 20 minutes just to order. This is horrible and they need to either have more staff at night or just not be open 24 hours. Absolutely ridiculous!

As I walked into this Burger King in Pocatello right off the Interstate, I was greeted with a smile by Shift Supervisor Brooke to take my order, she did a great job starting conversation and upselling me to a combo meal, This location was really clean during my visit to order breakfast on my way to a Commencement at Idaho State. My order was ready within 7 minutes of ordering, was correct and tasted good.

Everytime l order here l always get orders that smells bad and not fresh and one time l called to explain the problem with my order , this one lady hung up on me. Bad food , bad service and bad atmosphere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING FOOD here

PATHETIC EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE!!!The managers here are terrible and suck at their jobs! I show up here to pick up online orders and every time the manager on duty is messing up order after order and taking 30 mins to mess those orders up. Today i went in there and their lobby had a couple customers stuck waiting at the counter the whole 20 mins I was there just to order! The manager on duty had 5 or 6 orders in front of them and they spent the whole time putting stuff in bags then goin whoops and taking it out. The order i was there for was nuggets and fries and they couldn’t even produce that simple order in 30 mins, shameful!

Boy, don’t come here at night. The food is never ever warm or made fresh. I don’t go to this BK often, but the last time I went, again, cold food, and the fries were beyond overcooked, yet cold. Can you imagine eating that? I had a few fries but I had to toss them because they were sooo nasty. I’ll just go to the one more North of town from now on.
