Had the pleasure to meet some amazing servers, Harman and Shikha! They were so lively and fun to talk to, made it feel like we were visiting family. Their service was amazing, and they made us feel very welcomed. The food like usual is delicious, great portions as well. This is a hot spot for my family, and always will be! We were on a day trip from Calgary, atmosphere was good, food was good until we ordered the szechwan fried rice, service was ok because when we asked for a spicy Szechwan fried rice and i got some orange rice, turned out be bland, all other orders were fine, when we payed the bill, the service person asked us, if everything was fine? And since she asked I informed about the fried rice, but we were not expecting an replacement as we were hungry and we ate the fried rice already but what was surprising is there was no response . This could have gone better if they didn’t care to ask that question. But other dishes we tried were good.

We had such a wonderful experience! Ripan provided absolutely amazing service — she was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. She checked in at the right times and made sure everything was perfect for us.

Not too hot…we went on the mild side.
Lots of it…SHIKHA was very helpful!
We had butter chicken, garlic Naan, rice, chicken chow mean and 1 chicken 65 biriyani.
It was all so delicious, with a clean, great atmosphere.
We were well taken care of…thank you SHIKHA!
For us, we got more than two meals outta it.
We will be back!

We stopped here while traveling home and had a great experience. The restaurant offers tasty Indian food at reasonable prices. Parking was easy, and the staff, especially the waitress, were very friendly. The place was clean, including the bathroom, which was spotless. The food was flavorful, though not the absolute best, but still a solid choice. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot, and I would definitely recommend it.

The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. We ordered Beef roast, malabar goat curry and kerala parotta ( recommended by SHIKHA) and everything tasted great and was well cooked. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Shikha provided wonderful service, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Overall, a great dining experience and definitely worth visiting again.

Swad Restaurant, we stopped by for a quick lunch during our trip to Glacier Waterton parks at lathbridge. Small cozy town, and nice food. We ordered the soya chaap sizzling appetizer, which came piping hot and very tasty. Next we went for the 555 Paneer Biryani, we really like the flavor of the rice along with the pickle and raita. We followed it up by kerala parotta, paneer butter masala and kothu parotta. The kothu parotta was very very spicy despite all our orders being mild spicy. The host was kind enough to take it off the bill and we ordered a garlic naan instead. We finished off the meal with hot filter coffee and mango lassi was the junior. Would definitely visit again and recommend to try out.

Great food. The owner of the restaurant is very humble and is all ears when you have a question or opinion about food. He is working hard to make this restaurant a success.
He takes care of his team members well and doesn’t eat away their tips as most of the Asian restaurants do.
He is planning to close the restaurant for two to three weeks to help his wife with delivery of their first baby. I request Indian food lovers to support this budding restaurant and the team to succeed
