I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. As a very dedicated taco bell fan I am outraged! I wore my favorite tacobell shirt on my birthday this was my BIRTHDAY lunch and my brothers BIRTHDAY lunch we ordered our food the place looked nice other then the kitchen..so we waited about 30-40 minutes while one of the workers ate all the food (keep in mind she was huge) and they weren’t even busy the other worker was basically throwing our food across the room into the bag (we ordered nothing with lettuce.) whe we got our food the bags were filled with lettuce and cheese oozing out the fiesta potatoes there was taco meat in the outside of the taco packaging where ever I touch there was taco meat,lettuce,or cheese it got so bad taco meat fell onto my phone it was wet but when I actually ate my tacos (soft shell) they were crunchy in some parts and the meat was dry me and my family were very dissatisfied + my mom went to the counter to wait for the food not asking for anything then the lady screams at my mom, “IM GETTIN IT!” While tossing some lettuce in our bag and remember it was one other person there.

Ordered 5 spicy potato soft tacos and a veggie mex pizza. Im vegan.the tacos were good but i got a beef mex pizza.now it’s a waste of 6 dollars. I also wanted fired mild and hot. I thought id at-least get 6 each but i have here 3 mild and 2 hot.

I got the grilled cheese burrito and they put lettuce, beef, sour cream, and cheese in it. Warm lettuce . Nothing like the actual burrito. I ordered nachos and got nacho fries.

They forgot food from my order. You can see by the picture. This is what they call a chili cheese burrito. This is exactly what I unwrapped. I paid $3.89 for this burrito. My order number was 248. The other number is 535cc3. Hopefully management will make sure this doesn’t happen again. Taco Bell store number 029655.

My family and I eat at Taco Bell often and have even stopped at several across the country on a recent trip. I really appreciate how consistent they usually are. Unfortunately, this location fell really short.
No one greeted us when we came in, and ordering was only available through the kiosk. I don’t mind that personally, but some people might prefer a cashier option. The sauce station was also mostly empty except for mild packets, so we had to ask for sauce.
The biggest issue with this location is the food quality. My burrito was half the size I normally get, and my family members said their items were underfilled too. Both my husband and daughter ordered chicken items, but 2 of their items had a large piece of steak mixed in, which was a little concerning and suggested things might not be kept separate in the kitchen.
Hopefully, this was just an off day for this location.

I am already not a fan of their kiosk only ordering when visiting in person. Nobody greets you. All you see are signs that say order using the kiosk and if we have questions, one of their members are happy to help.
Fortunately, I am tech savvy and knew how to place an order.
I ordered a Mexican Pizza combo and an order of pinto beans. While I was waiting, an older lady came in and stood at the counter, thinking she was supposed to place her order there. She stood there for a while and none of the workers acknowledged her.
I told her that she needed to use the kiosk to order, and she said she didn’t know how. I looked over my shoulder to see if a staff member was around to help, but that was a big NO. I went ahead and helped her order, and when it was time to pay, she didn’t know how to use the debit card machine. She was struggling, and I could bare to watch it. She appeared confused and as though she wanted to cry.
I just paid for her order with my card to help ease her anxiety.
This is the exact reason why we still need human beings working at a register so they can provide customer service.
Not one time did any of the workers acknowledge their customers until it was time to call out the name and pass off the order. Awful, just awful.
I could hear the employees talking and cursing as they worked. While the food was fresh and good, the service sucked. I had to ask for a for my cup for the drink. I then had to ask for a fork and they said they didn’t have any forks, spoons or knives.
I thought I was being pranked. I just kept my cool and remained cordial. This clearly is a management issue.

The lobby was dirty and the fountain drink area was scary. You can see black build up around the drain gates. Then there was this big wash tub under the soda fountain and I don’t know why. Trash in the drain, etc. See fornyoirself, I took pics and videos.

Food taste like it looks. Not appealing Nachos were chips and beans very little beef or cheese the chalupa had about 10 pieces shredded cheese and mostly lettuce. Terrible food DONT go there my lunch was over $12 for 2 items. Taco Bell you suck!!!

I placed a mobile order through the app. I knew this location is just generally slower at getting food out. App told me my order would be ready at 531pm. I get there at 541pm and my order still wasn’t ready. 6pm they finally give me my order. Half of my food was missing (I didnt check my bag I just wanted to get home). I tried calling the location to make things right because I dont want to go back up there and SURPRISE they dont answer. Im livid! Its not that hard to put the correct items in the damn bag!!!

Would give 0s if I could. Order took almost an hour despite ordering ahead and others who ordered after getting food first. Took forever to tell me the order never made it to their system, and then forever after to actually make the food. Will never be back.
