Trade the new burger. It was actually the worst I ever had. One strip of bacon was burnt the other one was so wimpy it was undercooked. The queso which they’re barely was any was fried away on the plate. Burger overcooked. Fries were very hard. Cheese was not even melted even though the plate was super hot.

Me and my cousin decided to stop at Applebee’s on the way home from an outing. Let me say this the two entrées plus an appetizer for 25 is the best deal you’re gonna get at almost any family restaurant! We got the artichoke spinach dip as an appetizer and the new fettuccine parmesan chicken, as both of our entrées. They were delicious! The service was a little bit, not the best, but it can be excused for the price and the quality of the food!

I can honestly say I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant in my entire life. All the good servers have left, so the service I received was atrocious. The restaurant was extremely dead and it took my server 20 minutes to get my drinks to me because she was standing around talking. Then after an hour my food came out and not only was my burger cold but it was barely cooked when I asked for it to be cooked well done. Then when I asked to speak with a manager I was told they were busy and that they couldn’t come out and talk to me. The cherry on top was the guy sitting next to me smelling like he hadn’t showered in a year. I can safely say I will NEVER be coming back to applebees ever again.

I have to say, I was possibly surprised. We haven’t been back to Applebee’s in a while, and we weren’t expecting much. Out of convenience we went there and gave it another try. Our server, Neva, was excellent! The food was really good too. I would go back!

My mom’s only complaint was she was cold ❄️ lol. But she is always cold. So we had a blanket in the truck.

I recently left my purse at the stow location and trying to get it back was completely ridiculous and the manager never even tried to talk to me, a very kind hostess eventually had to go get my purse for me, after the manager had told me she would go get it and made me wait for approximately five minutes. doesn’t seem like much but anyone who’s lost their purse knows this feeling . i’d like to note that they were not busy at all. (It was in the middle of a snowstorm) The manager never acknowledge my situation and was very rude in my opinion. That was just a very rude thing to do for someone who was very nervous about losing their purse. I didn’t even mention the fact that when I called I was placed on hold three different times hung up on And finally, just went up to the store.
Our service the night before was absolutely amazing. Our waiter was great however, the management staff even last night was not the greatest, and obviously into today was absolutely horrible.

I was supposed to leave a reave for Reaghan/Rheagan (sorry lol !) about a month ago. She was a total rockstar. Me and my two friends come to this Applebee’s when the school week gets a little slow and she gave us the best service ever. She was funny and personable, the four of us cracked jokes when she was at the table, and she circled back to see what our needs were frequently (not to the point of pestering though). She was able to anticipate our needs before we had a chance to ask too. I’m pretty sure I even asked her what I should order because I was torn between two choices – she’s great. This Applebee’s always does a nice job, but it’s even better when your server is the goat. Thanks girlypop you’re the best!

I left a 1-star review before because we were not treated well at that time. I later visited several times and was served good. Now I change it to 5-star because I felt very comfortable with the service and food tonight. The waitress was very nice and professional. I hope Applebee’s will keep this way of doing business, treating every customer patiently and equally. By the way, Applebee’s dishes are always among the best.
