My orders have always been correct, and my food and drinks tasty: creamy shakes, hot fries, crispy chicken. Everything has been delivered to me appropriately, and generally with a smile. The employees can be very pleasant. As a side note, if you are having problems with your meal coming out right, use the app: you can customize in it, and the order goes straight to the kitchen. No speaker conversation confusion. I believe this is why I have had such success.

Food came out fast but apparently too fast. Everything was cold and seemed to be baked instead of fried. Tater tots weren’t salted at all either. Not good. The burger was halfway off the bun and all there was was cheese.

Super quick and friendly. Only ordered a drink but from order to driving away was 3 minutes. You can’t beat that. There was 2 people in front of me as well. They even asked how I was doing today as well as said to have fun at my destination. Will be returning there on my next visit to the area.

My husband and I were trying to place an order at one of the car hop stations. The lady on the intercom seemed to be in a bad mood from the start. We got finished ordering one of our meals and before we could ask for the rest of our order she asked if we were done ordering, to which we said “no, we’d like to get x y z as well” only to discover she’d hung up on us. We left hungry and unsatisfied. What a shame. There’s only 3 decent fast food restaurants in the area- well I guess make that 2 if you’d like to place an order of more than one item and seek decent customer service.

Usually they are very good and efficient. Lately the food isn’t very good. And this morning they totally messed up my burger. I asked for mayo on it and no onions. They gave me “only” mayo and nothing else. I could’ve just gone to McDonald’s for this kind of service, and paid less. It is truly sad.

Every car hop that has served me food has always been super kind.
I am not a big fan of sonic, but this sonic has always been a good one to visit.
Sometimes the food is not worth the price so I suggest going during happy hour or some time they have a deal going on.
Overall I enjoy this sonic.

We had such a problem placing our order, the girl couldn’t hear me, she came to the car, gave her the order, paid for it, got our food and it was totally wrong. I ordered a foot long Coney dog, 1 American dog with mustard, relish and onions, and a medium iced tea, our order came, it was a foot long with mustard relish and onions on it. Totally wrong!!! Only thing was right was the iced tea. They either need new speaker system or just come to the car and take the order in person. I was very frustrated with the experience there.
