12/27/25 update: Redeemed (3) coupons: 1) Buy 1 full sandwich/salad, get 2nd one for $5; 2) Purchase a meal & drink, get 1/2 off bakery item (sandwuch/salad purchased with coupon #1 counts toward coupon #2; 3) $5 off purchase. Saved over $15 with coupons! We share our meal to have a taste of each entree.
Buy $50 in gift cards and get $10 Bonus card to use in January. Bought $200.00 so received $40.00 to eat out in January.
First time at this location. Had a Buy 1 Get 1 for $5.00 Reward. Also had a 50% off sweet with purchase of an Entree and a Drink Reward. These rewards come through your app so best to sign up and also check it.
Make sure if you order on the app you Customize the entrees First before you add it to your order. If not, it is harder to go back & adjust order. Some options do not cost extra. All extra charges are shown as you make your choices.
I like to order On the app in the parking lot so we can take our time with the options. Also, I like to buy online gift cards when they have their 20% off sale. I purchase a $50 gift card for $40.
I add the gift card to the Panera app so I can pay the online order with it instead of using my credit card. Save on the gift card and save with the coupons. If not, Panera can be a little pricey.
Nice that you can get free refills when you dine in, which is a nice perk too!

Ordered through the drive thru, 2 sandwiches and a soup. Was asked to pay at the window. Sat at the window over 15 minutes and nobody came. 2 more cars pulled up behind me and still no one came to the window. I had to yell for someone, and once they came they never had my order I gave! How??? A lot of workers walking around and not a lot of working their job!! Staff needs to do a better job or find another job for their slow speed!

Don’t do drive thru pick up. If someone is in front of you and places and order you will wait 10-15 mins to finally pick up yours while it sits inside getting cold. When they should move them out of the line to the pick up parking if their food is going to take forever. Note to self, won’t make that mistake again. Thought this would be convenient. Great service and excellent food at this location. The inside is very clean, the bakery display is fantastic and looks delicious, and the staff was very courteous. We ordered several of the new flatbread margarita pizzas which were very good. Overall very please with this Panera location.

We walked in at 12:30 pm for lunch. We were told that the wait would be 20 minutes. The reason given was that the drive thru was “wrapped around the building”! As we left, without lunch, we noticed that there was exactly one car in the drive thru!! We eat at this restaurant at least once a week. We are extremely disappointed with this apparent breakdown in service.

Ordered from the App today. First item ordered was BBQ chicken salad and extra BBQ sauce was requested. Second item ordered was a Baja bowl with extra Greek yogurt and extra salsa verde. Went inside to pick up the order. Order was bagged up and appeared ready to go. I checked to make sure the order was correct because to be honest every time we request extra dressing it’s never put in the bag until we ask when we are in picking up the order. When I looked at the salad I saw not only was there no extra BBQ sauce, there was no BBQ sauce at all with the salad. When I asked the employee for the BBQ sauce she replied that they are out of BBQ sauce. The Baja bowl was at the bottom of the bag and I just assumed it would be correct. I got home and pulled out the Baja bowl to see not only was there not extra Greek yogurt there was NO Greek yogurt at all. I can only assume they ran out of Greek yogurt also, but honestly do not know why there was none on my bowl. I understand it may be difficult for restaurants to get all their usual ingredients, but in the past when they were out of something we were notified when ordering on the App. Not to mention just bagging up the items and placing them out to be picked up when people specifically asked for extra of whatever the ingredient you are out of isn’t appropriate.
